It sounds like you want to lose weight. Then you should stick with the treadmill.  IT also depends on the workout DVD's you are doing. Some workout DVD's tone while others burn more calories.

20lbs in 2 months does seem inrealistic. Like Johnny said, aim for a pound a week and you will be happy when you see results!

Yes I heard this on Z100 as well one day!! Some people might not agree with me but alot of people who are in marriages cheat are not happy at all. They tend to not want to leave because of whatever reason - stability, finanacial reasons, kids, etc.  So they do there thing on the side. It's utterly wrong but at the same time, some people are cowards!!

This guy saw this as a way of making money! HA! What a profession he decides to pick. I wonder if he himself is married. I doubt he has any trust issues (YEH RIGHT) in his marriage if he is.

I wouldnt dare go look on that site.

Don't forget the lingere. Sexy lingere makes it even more enticing!! You can set the mood also with candles but not to much because you don't want to make it to romantic but more like seductive.

I would suggest taking a pole dancing class as well and not telling him. That would be a total shock to him if you've never done it before!!

I'm having Panera...   1/2 turkey and swiss on sourdough and 1/2 ceasar salad.   I think I'll have an Iced Green Tea too.

LEan Cuisine isnt that healthy. To me its all processed food. A couple months ago there was a tread on here of this girl finding something not so nice in her lean cusine.  i can find it abd bring it back up.

The panera and turkey and swiss sounds soo yummy.

From NY. I'm not really a newbie. Been here since May 06. Went to a meet up with fellow members. I lost track of weight and gained 20 lbs. I'm back to lose it again, getting married on August 22nd. This site is great for motivation. You guys are awesome.
