I leave about 300 cals for when i get home from drinking expeditions and prepare a snack of 300 cals before i go out. that way, it's right there when i get home, i inhale it and go to bed.

take all the pictures and put them away... or burn them, whatever works. and don't, whatever you do, don't let it take away from your own self worth. then... sit down... have a good, from your toes, cry that leaves you exhausted and feeling as if you have no more tears... then get a good workout in... play "you oughta know" by alanis morissette, invite your girls over and talk about anything except that and all of a sudden you'll realize that you are happy and you are strong and as long as you know that you are true to yourself, then you can't be false to anybody else (this above all: to thine own self be true qnd it must follow, as the night the day,thou cans't not be false to any man-shakespeare). This knowledge will help you to know that at the end of the day, you live an honest life and you didn't hurt anybody by being dishonest, therefore, disrespectful to them. That's a good life that you should be proud of. Good for you for dumping the a**hole. Nobody deserves to be betrayed, ever.

I'm vegan and my family always caters to me, but they also cook their own meat meals and make sure I'm aware that my stuff did not touch their stuff. When I go to friends bbqs or dinner parties, i will bring my own veggie burgers, or my own dessert or whatever... a lot of times with the desserts i don't even mention that they're vegan and people often forget and eat them all up and then praise my culinary skills haha.

I asked my mom about Santa when I was 9. She answered honestly, I accused her of lying to me for my entire life (I was neurotic, haha). Then I asked her about babies, thinking she'd traumatized me enough for one evening, she told me that they are a gift from heaven to people who are ready for one. I started crying again and yelled "YOU'RE LYING AGAIN! SARAH TOLD ME YOU HAVE TO HAVE SEX TO HAVE A BABY." Then she asked me if I knew what sex was... No, I did not. So she explained it very technically and I vowed to myself that I would never, ever do it haha. But she was very open with me and has been since. I would go to her for any question I had when I was younger and it's never a taboo topic (without, of course, giving TMI).

Hey I just went through the exact same thing. I was so super motivated to work out, I did it every day for two years (at least something small for a half hour) and then about 2 months ago, i started skipping out here and there, sometimes for 2 or 3 days in a row. Then I saw a picture of what I looked like in a bikini 2 months ago (tight, toned, healthy) and a picture of what i looked like in a bikini two weeks ago (healthy, less tight, less toned) I'm back to my regular schedule of early morning 45 minute work out. You'll get it back one way or another. I also found on the days that I didn't work out, I stopped caring about how I ate that day thinking "it's just one day"... that's how it starts right? I would go to bed feeling kind of gross and bloated and a bit defeated. Not so great.

I like kinda chunky/muscular guys who are just all around big. Tattoos, jeans (or khaki shorts) and a button up shirt. Some facial hair or scruff, I prefer non-shaved head unless his head is nicely shaped. No make-up, preferably. I like a masculine, man's man.

I second your pizza confession fuzzys... execept i have done that on more than one occasion. also, in high school, i definitely used to indulge in more than one Big Mac a day on some occasions. both these things occured because i played team sports and getting a bunch of hungry, athletic high school girls at a fast food restaurant is a recipe for disaster. The thing is, after I stopped playing sports in university, I still had these eating habits for a while... HENCE... the weight loss plan that followed soon after Christmas my first year... and now I'm vegan and an exercise addict, hahaha.

I have to agree with what everybody above has said. Also, you're pretty hot. Accept it and you'll be even hotter. However, I do know what you mean about worrying. My bf of 2 years and I broke up about 3 months ago for various reasons, and honestly, it ended up being for the best. I was totally fine with being single and remaining so for a long, long time. However I went to a wedding one weekend and met this unbelievable guy and we're kind of that awkward "so...what is this?" stage. I am constantly worried that he is too nice and sweet for me. It is a difficult thing to accept that we are deserving. But we are, and in the looks department my dear, you have definitely got very little competition. Hot. Stuff.

I don't think I would date a guy shorter than me, but it's not really an issue because I'm 5"3 so even short guys are mostly taller than that. I've only ever been attracted to guys who are much heavier than me, even chubby. I love big men with wide shoulders who kind of make me disappear when they hug me.
