I'd love to join you guys! I couple of years ago I joined and had 77 lbs to lose, I lost 37 but gained it all back plus. Now I have 88 lbs to lose. I want this so badly but I'm so afraid of failing that I keep putting it off. But today is a new day and I'm gonna_make_it_happen this time. I want to know what it feels like to be skinny before my times up!lol So with your guys support I know I can do it! |

| Hubby and I have been together for almost 12 yrs and married almost 7yrs. We average 7 times a week, if we skip a day we always seem to make it up the next day by doing it twice. I really think he's trying to kill me lol. I think I'd prefer 4 or 5 times a week but it means more to him to have it then it does to me to not do it,you know what I mean so I just go with the flow hehe. | |||

| I took an unplanned break about 1.5 mths ago and I'm still trying to find my way back. I've gained back about 2 lbs of the 18 I lost. I hope today is the day I find my motivation and can get back on track. Good luck to you, I know we can do this! | |||

| I gave up pop about 6mths ago and felt so much better but the last couple of weeks I've been drinking it again, I know STUPID! But I quit again for good. In just a couple of weeks of having one glass a day I bloated up so much I put 2 inches on my waist!! and I feel just awful,tired,moody,sluggish. Evil pop!!

| I just went thru a stressful time the last few weeks and my good eating habits went out the window, I feel so bloated and depressed. I hope to get back on track soon. Your smart asking for advice, I should have done the same thing. Sorry to hear your going thru a stressful time.

| Yesterday I weighed in at 187.5 lbs Hooray.My goal was to be 185 by our anniversary this Saturday but even if I lose 1 more lb by then I'll be so happy. I started at 205 May 26th. I feel so much better.

| My doctor put me on a "diet pill" in 2000, I lost about 40 lbs but I didn't change my eating habits and when I stopped taking the pills I gained it all back plus some. This time I'm doing it all by myself, I've lost 17.5 lbs in 2 1/2 mths and feel very proud of myself. It won't be coming back this time!

| I use to eat potatoe and corn sandwiches about 3 times a week!!! It would be a couple of big spoonfuls of potatoes and corn on a slice of bread, I'd usually eat about 5 of them!!!!! Yeah I wonder why I got fat! hehe I can't believe I use to eat that! |

| I agree, scales are awesome. When I first got mine,only $10 at walmart,for fun I'd weight a portion that I'd normally eat and realized that I've been ripping myself off! Since I got me scale I'm eating more,no more guessing.
