| I use it with Wellabutin(anti-depressant). It work for me but I take them daily for about 2 month then take 3 weeks off the phentermine. My body gets use to it. Plus it helps to eat right and execrise.
I had a friend who lost over 100 lbs. by take 3 x day(DONT DO THAT). I'm not sure how she is doing now. |

| Thanks, I have been eating about 1000. I read all the other post about 1200 calories. I have been eating 2/3 slim fast shakes with lactose fat free milk, and broiled catfish fillet with a sweet potatoe or a Mcdonald's Bacon Ranch salad with my own fat free dressing. Cardio - 45 min to 1 hr on the treadclimber/eliptical machine/bicycle/ 2.2 min jog Weight training - 30/45 min - circuit machines/ weight plates/ab and adductor machines. Thanks for your reply. |
