| Hi there, It's been along time since I've calorie counted....over year anyways. I got pregnant had a baby and so on....now she's 9 months and I have those pesky 10 pounds. Anyways I have learned so much about eatting healthy for weight loss but, like I said-it's been a while. Could totally use a support team. Thanx!!!

See Technus I look damn good in a bikini too. I know that! I just wondered if there was an obvious amount of people that feel you shouldn't bare certain flaws in order to keep other people happy. | I know exactly. I figured today I would plan out my meals because my husband and I are going out for dinner tonight. Everything looked great but then I had to have bread at lunch so I had a sandwich instead of the salad and yogurt on granola bit. Damn it! Still ok for the day, BUT man me and the war against carbohydrates isin't working out so well. | |||

| That happened to me, I lost a bunch of weight when I started on here and started going to the gym, and it haulted....and I gained 5 lbs before it started to go down....But it did go away and running was my excercise of choice and I lost all my cellulite!! Yippee! So don't worry about it for now, keep up the good work!! =) | |||

| I'm usually not one to say anything. But this tread drives me bananas!!!! I didn't think C-C was intended as a popularity contest and I had no idea that people were being categorized!! I couldn't believe the sudden change that went from something so positive to something so negative. HK are you insane?? Do you serious see C-C as your claim to fame, A-lister??!!! I could understand the average person for maybe not wanting to be mentioned publically, but for someone who gets offended when their name is mentioned but is like a frikkin rash (everywhere you look he is found) on the forums, kinda confuses me. If you don't want to be put out there, don't put yourself out there. I really think you got things all wrong, maybe you should rethink what C-C is to you cause if it's your way to make it to the top then you are in the wrong place.

| You have to remember though that your body gets used to your workouts so If you've been working at the bakery for long you're body is probably used to working that hard and burning that many calories...If your working more don't worry about not getting a 'workout' in. | |||

| Nymo, It's nice to have someone who I can relate to. I got into running knowing that i would burn major calories...and I do but not lose weight, grrrr. Hey how many calories to you consume a day???

| Ya, Quesnel makes my runs very enjoyable. You're from vancouver I just moved up here from Abbotsford 4 months ago I am in van all the time. It's the only place I'll shop. As for my body, yes I do see results, very little, I lst 9lbs when I started on Calorie Count but that is before I started running as soon as I started my weight loss haulted. The reason why I started running was to loss weight and it's just not working, I feel like maybe I should go back to my 1200 Calories a day stay away from the running until I lose more weight and then get back on to form my shape better. | |||

| I know, some things are hard to measure, like meat for example, I bought a cheap metric scale at Wal-Mart for $10ish, and it helps me. *Also I forgot to mention that 1 day a week I have a cheat day and I eat whatever I want, for me that day is Saturday. It helps get your metabolism outta wack and it works harder when you start watching calories again, that's another thing that helped get me outta the plateau. |

| I was eatting 1500 calories and I lowered them to 1200-1300 and it helped getting me outta the plateau. Also on the days where I don't work out I make sure to keep my calories at 1200 and the days I work out more I eat 1500, so what HK said about staggering really helped me. | |||

| Hey hun, I wish I could tell you how to get out of the plateau. I assume it's different for everyone. I just got out of my plateau and it lasted 1.5 months. I run 5 days a week and strenth train 3 days a week and I found that I was losing inches but not weight *boo* I lowed my calories a bit and then I found that I lost weight, finally!! But don't get discouraged it will come off eventially. Like you, I don't have alot to lose to my goal weight and that's what makes it harder. Keep your chin up and If you don't have a measuring tape now's the time to get one. Good Luck. | |||
