i wanna join :)

i am 8 weeks pregnant and having a hard time doing anything ;) I have been so tired and nauseated. I have been eating out a lot and not going to the gym ...but i know that i need to ... I am already overweight and don't want to gain unnecessary weight.

Oh, I think I needed to add you as a friend... I think you look really good. It doesn't look like you need to lose anymore ;) But if you want to lose a few more lbs I say go for it ;) you aren't soo skinny that you look boney

Kidney Stones,

 

My husband always ... always has a problem with Kidney stones when he has been drinking a lot of soda (especially coke). We went to the doctor and she told him to stop drinking soda ... since he did that he hasn't had any problems.

But like the other said in moderation isn't going to kill you. We usually drink soda on Friday nights (but always diet ;)

yay I found the 190 club ;) I was looking for a while ;) I am currently at 196 and am hoping to get to the 180's in about 3 weeks ;)

I am 27, married, working at home and trying to get down to 135ish ;)

I went to a spinning class for the first time in 3 years and I didn't die!!!! ;) I actually feel really good ;) The hardest thing was walking into the class ;)

I want Kely to win also. I started watching the week that she and her partner were on the chopping block and they fought their way back in ... and she has continued to fight to stay in the game. She is so cute and I think that it would be awesome if she won ;)

Me too!!! Can I join?

If I lost 10 lbs a month it would only take 7 months to get to my goal weight!! yay!

 

I am 5'5" and weigh 204 ... yuck

I want to lose 70 lbs ;) and get down to around 135 or 140 ;)

Ok, so I am starting my weight loss journey .... again ;( <sigh>

I have been on and off diets for the past 2 years and I have lost the same 10-15 lbs over and over again. I currently weigh 205 which is 5 below my "starting" weight from the first time I began ... so in 2 years I have consistently been 205 or lower.  I just came back to calorie count and i hope that this time I can make it to my goal or at least permanently lose more than 15 lbs ;) To be healthy I need to be around 150 for my bone structure but to look good I would need to be 135 ;) thats a long way to go so I hope I can make some friends in here ;)

 I am 27 and married. I work at home in front of the computer and don't always get to the gym to exercise ;)
