| Icing...you can take a tub of cool whip and mix with dry vanila instant pudding (fat free for both) makes a great icing
so many combos to the cake mix thing... diet root beer...with french vanilla or chocolate cherry vanila pepsi with french vanilla... raspberry diet (diet rite soda's are good to use too) with lemon Diet Rite soda's add a ton more varieties...work just as well ...you do have to measure them out though to a regular can of soda amount. |

| Recipes | How do you cook your breasts? | May 28 2006 14:21 (UTC) |

| Take the chicken breast and slice it thin. Take Teriaki, garlic, drop or two of dark sesame oil (you can add fresh ginger if you like) and marinate over night. The chicken is going to be dark...you can either bbq them, george forman them, bake them, pan them...any way you cook them they will taste great.
I take the marinade and I cook it...I make some basmati, long grain or brown rice...and pour that marinade over the top...add some scallions if you like and some peas...saute them all ...kinda like fried rice.. A nice salad on the side....low in fat ...high in fiber....and yummy to boot! |
