i just signed up for jenny craig again. i did it about four years ago and lost around 32 pounds with out exercise, and then went to a personal trainer and lost about 76. if you dont exercise it works, but not as well. my motto is, any little bit helps. i dont think that you need to work out for several hours a night or what not, but walking after dinner is always a nice way to end the day, and that little but can make all the difference. congrats to you all for what you have lost. all i can say is stick with it. i sure as hell wish i had the first time, but it does get old after a while. good luck |
