I just got one today! It was a lot of fun. I only did 20 minutes - but boy did i feel it. Those strength training excerises kicked my butt! I wish it would tell me how many calories I have burned though - like ddr does. |

I added my new weight to my original post. Down 4 pounds since the beginning of the challenge! Whoohoo! I will most likely post my weight on Tuesdays... grad school has started up again and my monday's are now 15 hour days so I don't ever get to my personal computer. Hope that's ok. |

I like PB on about everything. LOVE it in a heated flour tortilla with some jelly! (La Bonita makes a 50 calorie tortilla which is great!) |

I can't say that I have a reward system set up, but I guess when I reach my goal I will go clothes shopping. As for exercise I have a stationary bike that I love. I pop in a movie and ride away. I also have some free weights. The funnest thing I do to exercise though is Dance Dance Revolution - it is so fun! |

Count me in too!! I haven't done a challenge in a while - I think it is just what I need to get back on track! SW: 185 Challenge SW: 145.5 GW: 135 I was down to 140 before Thanksgiving! Ooops! Sodium is, basically, salt. And a lot of sodium can lead to water retention and I think, worst case scenario bad things with your heart. If you check your analysis and point your curser over the date it will tell you how much sodium you are taking in. |

I have them most days at work, they are tasty and very convienent. May want to watch your sodium intake though, they are really high... Probably why they are so delicious! ;) |

146.5 this week. I was really expecting to see the scale go up this week (I ate terribly last week, but I did work out...) so I am very happy with a half pound loss. This week I plan to get back down to business though. I really want to see 145 - my lost 40 pound mark. |

I tried it once. The chocolate ones were to bad as long as they were REALLY cold. I didn't end up loosing any though, The drink didn't satisfy be so I would end up snacking on bad stuff :( |

I agree. Schedule and appointment with a gyno and tell them what's going on! They may need to change the type of birthcontrol you are on in order to regulate your system. |

You can tag your food item by clicking on the little T next to it in your food log. Then everytime you use it you can go to your tagged items and click on it without having to type everything in again. Doesn't solve your whole problem, but I hope it helps. |
