I'm 5'4" 136 lbs and my thighs are 22".  I've always considered myself a pear shape my legs definately are not my best asset.

I am 5' 4" and according to the scale this morning I am 139 I would like to be 125 lbs. which was my high school weight, 10 years ago.  I am also getting married in Sept. so I need to work on toning my arms.

I had way to much fun this weekend and the scale showed it up to 144.  Just after Memorial weekend I was 141.5 so I am drinking tons of water.  I have to get back on track I've been slacking in the food dept.  I'm going to try one of unicats recipes this week and focus on making healthy food for me and my boyfriend.

Ahhh its that time of month for me and Im up to 143 when I was wanting to go down!  Good news though I found a house and will be moving as long as everything goes well with the inspection!  So I will be burning lots of calories moving, painting, cleaning, etc.  Great job everyone on at least hitting the 130's I haven't been able to manage that yet.

I get my jeans from Vanity I have the same problem.  They just came out with a new kind "the boyfriend"  which is suppose to be larger for the thigh/leg area.

I have a pit bull and 2 chihuahuas and I can tell you that the little dogs would bite you way before he ever would.  Instead of banning pit bulls why don't they take care of the problem which is the owners.  Why don't they make animal cruelty/dog fighting have harsher fines and prison time.  Why don't they put together committees to study who has dog fights, where they at, ways to bust up the rings.  My town has had this stupid committee together for awhile to decide whether to ban pits or not so far they haven't figured out squat.

I stilled weighed the same this morning.  It's never like that I wonder if I need to watch my sodium I haven't really paid any attention to it I mainly just focus on my calorie count. 

I sooo want to see the 130's so I'm going to be strict the rest of the week to not go over my calories.  Tonight is softball practice so I better work my butt off (literally).

McBoddy-He'll come around I'm sure he knows other people are noticing.  If he loves you no matter what size you are thats whats important, but he should at least acknowledge your hard work and wanting to be healthy.

Teen Wolf-Good job on your weight I better kick myself in the butt everyone is passing me up.  You can treat yourself with a small piece of cake tonight!

I have been realizing I'm getting sick of lean cuisines.  I've been having them for lunch for quite some time now.  They are really simple and I can change them but there is only like 6 I like so I've ate them all quite a bit.  Any suggestions on a simple lunch to pack?

Sounds like everyone likes their drinks.  When I am avoiding beer I mix vodka w/ fruit punch light or light minute maid lemondade.  Both taste great to me.  My boyfriend decided to get off the couch and joined co-ed softball with me so we have been practicing alot and burning off the calories.  I was up to 142.5 yesterday but I weighed myself at night so I'm going to weigh in again tomorrow morning.

I've been bad already today.  I went to Arby's for lunch and got the Chicken Salad combo.  I ate the curly fries already and then tried the sandwhich.  I thought it was gross so I threw it in the trash.  I just looked up the calories 769!!  I almost had a heart attack.  I knew better and now my lunch was just the curly fries. I'll save the rest of my calories for a decent supper.

Wow looking at some of these foods I don't think I could be that healthy and I don't even think they would fill me up.

Breakfast:  Grapes

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken Panini

Snack: Diet pepsi and string cheese

Dinner: Undecided might make sloppy joes with the ground turkey I bought to try out

Possible snack if I'm hungry still 100 calorie popcorn bag

Checking in I'm at 140.5 so I am soooo close to the 130's I hope I can stick with it!  I've been in the 130's before but never for long.  I have a heart walk this weekend which is 6 miles so that should definately help me out.  I ne3d to step up my workouts they are just so so right now.  I think If I hit it hard I could hit the 130's here soon.

I weighed on Sat.  morning and was at 140.5 and I was holding my cell phone so I may be able to take off the .5 why I didn't weigh again after talking I don't know I think I didn't want the number to change just in case it was wrong (me being paranoid). 

I'm thinking about ordering Slim in 6 or Turbo Jam I hear alot of people on here talking about them.  My goal is between 125-130 so I'd like to hear from you guys which one do you think I should get??

I've done ok this week with my calories and walked 2 miles twice so far.  Tonight is softball practice so that'll burn some calories.  I haven't weighed in yet this week Aunt Flow is visiting and I don't even want to see!  I am going to weigh in tomorrow morning.  I used Ground Turkey last night for supper and it was actually good so I'm going to try and switch it for beef sometimes I just have to make sure my boyfriend doesn't notice! 

Good job with excersising everyone.

Hello there I'd love to join this group.  I'm 5'4" and just turned 27 in March.  I've been hovering around 143 lbs.  I'm dying to get into the 130's! I try and keep my calories around 1200-1500 and now that it's getting nice out I've been moving my butt alot more.  I did cheat a little this weekend after drinks of course, but my overall weekend wasn't that bad.

I found a softball team!  I'm really excited we have our first practice on Sunday.  Maybe I'll even get a little tan cause I need it.  My goal this weekend is to not go crazy on food and work out at least twice.  My dogs get so excited when I change clothes they know they get to go for a walk/jog.  Now I just need to train them to quit getting their leashes stuck on trees.

I totally blew it this weekend went out to eat twice with my parents once was a steak house and the other Famous Daves bbq...I'm to scared to even look up the calories.  I'm going to get back on track this week and still praying I can get to a decent bikini body by summer time.  I did buy a new pair of shoes and I am going to try and start jogging/running.

Woohoo weighed in today at 141.5 I've been doing really good not snacking at my desk and keeping my calorie intake around 1200 calories.  Also I am cutting out beer which makes me over eat on the weekends I did go out one night but managed to not over eat this weekend!  To get to the 130's I know I have to really kick myself in the butt to excersise.  My parents are visiting this weekend so I hope I can stay on track.

Yipee I weighed in at 141.5 this morning so I'm down 2.5 lbs.  I'm going to increase my excersising especially the cardio.  I have been sticking with my calories and walking the dogs.  I've also cut down the beer intake trying to keep it to only 1 night a week if even that which really helped me not over eat this weekend.

Today I'm starting my 2 weeks of no drinking and smoking.  The only time I smoke is when I drink.  So I'm quitting both and my friend who is trying to lose weight also said she'd do the no-drinking challenge with me.  So we are trying to find Healhier things to do together besides go out and get wasted.  Once I can resiste the smoking urge though I will slowly incorporate some social drinking and I usually stick with Miller Lite.

My boyfriend is 5' 11" and only 140 lbs if even that!  He can eat eat eat all day and not gain a pound.  He gets mad at me for buying all light stuff or fat free at the store.  I just tell him it's either this or me gain weight he usually shuts up after that. 

It really drives me nuts when women talk about all the bad remarks their men say to them.  My advice would be to divorce him keep up your diet and show him what he lost....lol  Thats probably not going to happen but maybe you could get him to join you on walks or workouts and try to do things together for motivation.

I have tried my share of diet pills propolene and slimquick recently and I didn't think either worked.  I am now trying Leptopril and it is controling my appetite.  I have a hard time at work sitting at a desk all day.  I'm only taking 2 a day right now they don't make me all jittery like some of the others.  I know I should do it on my own but just a habit.  I do wonder sometimes though if it's all in our heads and if they were just sugar pills we were taking if we would even notice.

Today:  144 lbs

Goal:   130 lbs

So 14 lbs total I think I can maintain 130 I'd like to be 125 but not sure if I could maintain that forever.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I haven't had McDonalds in forever and one night (after drinking) I gave in.  I had the worst stomach ache ever!!  I'm never eating that again.  In case your thinking it's the drinking I went 2 weeks with no fast food and then had Taco Bell the same thing happened the worst stomach ache ever.

I'm at the point where my metabolism is slowing down and I want to stay on top of my weight before it's totally out of control.  People always ask why am I on a diet I'm already skinny...blah blah blah.  But the whole point is if I gain 5 lbs a year that will add up and then eventually I won't be skinny so I'm trying to change my lifestyle and cut out fast food and eat more chicken/vegtables/fruit.

Well I didn't do to bad for supper last night my boyfriend wanted Wendys so I got a south west taco salad and didn't use the chips or dressing.  I did put salsa on it and used the sour cream packet.  It's been raining here so I haven't got to walk my dogs this week.  They usually motivate me to walk faster since I have a pit bull and he pretty much drags me around.  I got a pull harness for him though now and it works wonders! I still walk pretty fast with him though cause he needs the excersise since he is stuck in a one bedroom til we find a house.  I'm going to the store this week and getting the diet green tea citrus

My weight went up to 145 after the weekend I really wish I had more will power to keep them healthy.  Yesterday I only had around 1000 calories but didn't work out.  I tried Green Tea Citrus today and it's actually good I was thinking it would be gross.  I've heard green tea helps metabolism has anyone experienced it's effects? My goal this week is to stay in my calorie range which is 1200-1500 depending on if I worked out.  I think I'm going to start doing taebo on the days I don't hit curves this week.
