5th week weigh in SW:207.2 CW:198.5 GW:187 Total lost: 8.7 Pounds ~ .2lbs ~ Not alot but expected it. Hiked 2 of the Adirondack High Peaks this past weekend which shouldve put me alot lower but wuth hiking comes camping and all the goodness that comes with it! Next Week... Next Week. ~~ I'm still shooting for it!!!! This thread def gives me an accountability. It's nice to know though you have support, there are real people who have real struggles just like you do. Don't give up guys. Though you may not meet the 20 shoot for 15 or 10 whatever you feel you can do. But don't set it so low that you don't push yourself. Try to think of the fact that others are also passing up cheesecake and cookies which i did yesterday ... OIOIOI! Have a good day.~~ |

I'm with ya though monty, i was questioning whether or not what i was doing was overkill. But I too don't feel like im starving myself. This has happened to me before though. The first week this big drop and then you're back to 1-3 lbs a week. Have a good week everyone. |
