| I do 50-60 minutes of cardio( I do a mix of running, crossramp and another machine but I forget what its called :) and everyother workout session I'll do a few leg and arm weights. Oh and I try and workout 4-5 times a week. | |||

| I did okay this week, I didn't eat as well as I wanted but I did manage to get in a good amount of exercise. For those who are trying to lose, how many calories do you aim for? I'm struggling to find what's right for me. |

I aim for 1200, but usually I eat 1400. I don't make it to the gym as much as I like, it depends on my school work, but when I do go, I burn 400-600 cals. |
