My dog eats pretty much anything except for grapes and lettuce. She also enjoys the occasional dollar bills. She especially likes them 20's.

nah. Never veggies. I used to weigh fruit, but now I'm pretty good at estimating.

I hinted at a box of Godiva chocolate and a bag a sweet tart jelly beans (My favorite!!) to my mom, but I'll have to wait and see to know what I get for sure.

I measure everything except fruits and veggies. I've found I'm pretty bad at the whole eyeball thing.

I would just like to lose inches around my butt/hips, I feel like its so unproportional to the rest of my body and I would gain a lot more confidence if it were smaller.

I do 50-60 minutes of cardio( I do a mix of running, crossramp and another machine but I forget what its called :) and everyother workout session I'll do a few leg and arm weights. Oh and I try and workout 4-5 times a week.

Anywhere from 1300-1800 depending on how active I was that day.

I exercise at least 4 times a week. Burning at least 400 calories.

Yeah I get that too. Some of my friends will just eat a cookie for lunch and no one bothers them, but because I have my carrot sticks and apples I'm anorexic.

I did okay this week, I didn't eat as well as I wanted but I did manage to get in a good amount of exercise.

For those who are trying to lose, how many calories do you aim for? I'm struggling to find what's right for me.

Most times I do, but If I eat a really big meal the night before, I won't because the water weight drives me insane.

it really does depend on how your built, my sister wears a 2 and is 10 pounds heavier then me, but I got hips and a butt

I aim for 1200, but usually I eat 1400. I don't make it to the gym as much as I like, it depends on my school work, but when I do go, I burn 400-600 cals.
