| I was asking the exact same thing yesterday and from what I gather the recommended calories that the website provides if for LOSING weight. So if you just at the recommended calories with no exercise the theory is you'd still lose weight. So you have to eat back the calories you burn off to prevent starvation mode which is talked about widely on the site. | |||

| I have done this before. And *for me* I was still bloated during my regular time of the month and did have some spotting. I am tempted almost every month to do my pills back to back but then I remeber that i still had cramps and spotting and yes the bloat was still there for me. NOW- that said i wasn't MORE bloated than usual so I'd still do it if I were you considering the occasion and buy some good control top underwear!!! J/J | |||

| doppelganger found!! Seriously though kattastic.. i'm lingering around 151.5 right now *SUCK* my goal is also 139. trying to get into that 149ish range so i don't have to use the *150* weight on the scale at the gym. Good for you for hitting 150. I'm right behind you! | |||

| I'm happy with 4 pounds a month and that's a struggle for me right now. I'm at 151.5 and want to get down to about 135-140 range. The last 10 pounds really are the hardest. I'm amazed that some of you lose 10 pounds a month i know that is all based on your starting weight though... | |||

| 152.5 this morning.. *I love you guys, but I'd really like to meet Mr. and Mrs. 140* Having a hard time staying in my *range to lose the weight by August 1st* calories which is around 1300. I have been running about three times a week. I will be able to kick it into high gear in June once work slows down. But i should be able to control the eating now. GRRRRR | |||

| Well like many other posts you are not alone. I came home the other night and my husband had bought and entire coconut cream pie!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I was so mad at him he just doesn't get it. Since I've been doing CC I haven't totally deprived myself I still eat sweets and in moderation but don't bring home a whold freaking pie!!! | |||

| 5'6 153 pounds...feeling so so today. I have a big zit right between my eyeballs today. I'm pretty excited about that.... grrr..
trying to stay motivated i get bored sometimes at the gym on the ellipitical need to change things up a bit.. I've been doing the homemade smoothy thing in the morning and that seems to be keeping me full until lunch... |

| I'm 5'6 currently I weigh 153 I'm shooting for 135 . Right now I'm eating around 1300-1500 calories a day and I work out on the elliptical/treadmill/or stairstepper for a combination of around 35 min three times a week. I also alternate lifting arms and legs on those days. PLEASE STICK WITH IT. I know how discouraging it can be becasue it is SO slow coming off. But i'm see the results just slower then I'd like. I'd like to hit my goal weight by 1 Aug. And lifting won't hurt your "weight" The added muscle actually eats the fat. Even if the scale is saying otherwise the muscle is helping and you'll look better in the long run. | |||

| Thanks for the tips. I have to say i know i eat to much processed food. With a baby and my schedule i find it hard to break that habit (excuses, excuses) my big downfall is water. I really have to FORCE myself to drink anything really. I can eat a bag of popcorn and not need a drink. My husband calls me a camel. I'm getting better at it and if i have limes or lemons it makes it easier for me. I do think i have to watch the sodium better like you said. Thanks for your tips!! | |||

| Right now I'm about 1600 calories a day. When i first started i was doing very well at logging everything in then my work schedule started getting screwy. ( I'm in the military) So I've been slacking a bit. I'm keeping up with the 1600 calories a day and some days its less. I usally jog/walk about 1 mile a night with my son or if i can i do about 45 min on the elliptical. Slow is good for long term i know but i was hoping i'd be losing more by now. I had a C section 9 months ago and the belly has got to go!!! All that weight is sitting there. It stinks | |||

| I've learned that i can have some self control. I used to eat just to eat. I heard once (probably Dr. Phil or something) that you have to eat to live not live to eat. I don't need to gorge on something to feel satisfied after eating it. I grew up where you cleared your plate. I'm starting to feel better about myself and the progress i'm making even if it is coming off slowly | |||

| I'm going to stick with it i wish i could see into the future though!! You look great btw so good for you. I'm not as active as i was when i was 17 lol.. but i try to keep busy. I'm 26 with a 8 month old. I'm in the military so I have to get my butt in shape. Currently i'm on a 1600 calorie plan how about you? My big downfall is chocolate!!! Love the stuff... | |||
