I too am an avid weight lifter/exerciser and had 2 huge babies and 2 c-sections, but to look at me (dressed) you would never know i have a baggy stomach.  I also have muscles underneath and only weight 106 at 5'1".  I may look at that website because tummy tuck is my only other options and even if it were free (which we all know is not) I am not sure if I would do it.  This is my main frustration and the only body part I hate.  Anyway good luck with your quest.  I have tried lots of exercise, tons of ab exercises and nothing seems to work.
Weight Loss Undereating causing Overeating? Jan 23 2007

I have a son your age and would freak if thats all he is eating! I myself am a female calorie counter but guys need at least twice as much as girls and you could even stunt your growth!  For the bloating I suggest low sodium intake and exercise-cardio but you need to up your calories but they should be healthy calories not junk food which will bloat you. Good luck.
Weight Loss Why would a 5' small boned woman need as many cals as someone taller? Jan 03 2007

Thank you all for the input.  I actually usually keep to around 1200-1400 but was wondering if this was correct for a smaller person. I am not sure which website it was I saw this info and yes I have put in my info in this site and it usually says about 1200-1400 but was wondering if it says that for everyone to loose a few lbs, I only have 5 left to loose. And I am not 19, I am 36 which should give me fewer cal. requirements since as you get older you require less food.
