Good Morning All, I joined CC about a week ago. I'm 26 and weigh in at 169lbs. I'm looking to lose between 30-40lbs by the summer. To ladygrenadine you mentioned that you had a big sweet tooth, here are some suggestions that you can try. 1 cup of fresh raspberries and vanilla yogurt: High in fiber and the raspberries will give you that sweet kick you are craving. 1 cup Jello fat-free chocolate pudding and a teaspoon of peanut butter. Eating this together taste just like a Reese's peanut butter cup without the extra calories and fat. Good luck to everyone this week with their weight loss goals |
