| Fire hydrants!
My friend taught me how to do them. Get down on all fours and lift one knee off to the side to 90 degrees. You can do repetitions of this, and then switch, or you can hold it. You should feel it in your butt, and there's the added benefit of balancing with your arms and other leg that intensifies the workout. :) |

| Running. I do a minimum of 3 miles on the treadmill, walking only briefly and when I can't handle it, running between 5.5-7.0. Stretch a lot for that. I drink a lot of water. When I get fruitless cravings, I guzzle a glass or two. I eat green beans for whole meals - canned, unsalted. I've lost about 5 lbs, which for me, is a lot. |

| I'm that crazy chick on the treadmill, trying to get the most out of my workout. Most of the time it's because I need to squeeze in the workout, and I don't have time to lolly-gag. And I've thought that too. Some girls who are thin and perfectly toned often make me envious, but it is inspiring. Even if they weren't fat before, they're still leading a healthy lifestyle and I admire that, and wish to emulate that discipline. Sort of motivational. :) |

| Chugging water always helps me push down cravings. Make it cold water, it sort of acts as a shock to your tummy rumblings.

| AHHH OMG, love them. I really love getting launched by someone who's bigger than me. FUN TIMES. Although jumping with a bunch of guys gets sort of... terrifying, lol!
I wish I had one... I love doing flips. That's a total workout. |

| I LOVE THAT SHOW.
Omg, I'm hopelessly addicted! It's clever, not as mindless as all the other tv shows on these days. These people have real talent, and the challenges are always surprising and interesting. LOVE IT, love Bravo. |

| Get active! Even the little stuff adds up. When going for groceries with your parents, do laps around the supermarket. Walk to places instead of getting a ride. Take the stairs rather than elevators. If you get food cravings at odd times of the day (like right after you have lunch or something) go for a jog. When exercising, make sure you're pushing yourself sufficiently, and not just cruising through the workout. Drink plenty of water and stock up on healthy snacks. Concentrate on portion control, and instead of eating the normal 3 meals during the day, try multiple meals, except in smaller portions. Try not to make food the center of your life, stressing about it can often cause unhappiness and then weight gain. Make smarter choices, and replace junk food with fruits and veggies. Stay positive!
LOL, sorry that was not really cohesive. Hopefully my tips will help you a bit! =) |

| I was around 110 and now I'm down to 107. I'm just eating healthier, upping my cardio, and spending less time sitting around and instead, getting out more and staying active.
I drink tons of water as well. |

| Definitely looking forward to seeing this... a lot of the times I feel helpless about global warming, even with my attempts to change things in my life that add to the problem. But I know this is great exposure for this big issue, and I hope it spreads knowledge and motivation for change.
I wish I had a bike... :( |

| Ummm. I can run the mile in like, 8:30...
Longest distance I can go is about 3 miles tops, but probably at 5.0 on the treadmill. I want to get down to 7:30 for my mile. I've always loathed running, but I'm hoping I can at least set a goal and reach it. It would be an accomplishment for me. |

| I wrote an entry on my private blog on exactly this topic, based on the following pic: http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/5420/anore xic3xv.jpg When you have a bony chest, it's time to start eating real foods. I say the same for Keira Knightley. These girls were normal once, and now they've succumbed to the thin expectations of Hollywood. |

| Haha, reallllly short. 5'1. At one time I was 100 lbs (a year ago), but uhhh, the metabolism must have slowed down and I failed to care about nutrition. I guess now I have to pay for my slacking off. Still working on that six pack, lol! | |||

| I'm having the exact same problem. I'm about 108, and my goal is 105, and yet those stubborn pounds refuse to come off. I work out on average 4 times a week, and I've been watching what I'm eating like a hawk... it'll happen, eventually, but I think I need to pump up my workups and stick to salads and soups. Portion control for me is hell... as well as the ever present sweet tooth. We can do it though. :) |
