Weight Loss Breakfast: Is it really that important? Nov 07 2008

I'm eating between 1300-1500 calories per day. I'm 5'4"and 201 lbs. I usually have either Fiber One Cereal for breakfast or high fiber oatmeal or eggs and whole wheat toast. It varies but 90% of the time it's pretty healthy. I have been losing weight consistently I was just wondering how much breakfast really impacts weight loss.

i know it sounds crazy, but a lot of thanks has to go to george "dubya" bush. if he hadn't **** up the country and the world as disastrously as he had over the past 8 years, americans wouldn't have been shaken out of complacency to realize they needed a more intelligent, honorable president than we've had for most of our lifetimes.

so here's you tou, dubya, for the one and only thing you did right during your administration!

LOL Sooo true!

Honey, don't waste your time. There is a difference between playing house and marriage. I am prepared for all the other posters to trash me on this one but I don't care. Living together before you get married is a bad idea and you are beginning to see the results now. I know every one does it these days, but it still doesn't make it a good idea. Is it any wonder that the divorce rates are higher than ever when the living together rates are also higher than ever? Some people just don't care, they think marriage is just a 'piece of paper' so why bother. God says the truth is written on our hearts and I believe that's why many people desire marriage. Woman have the real power and if you give it up for free, you are not doing yourself any favors. If I were you I would move out and see what he does then.

Before we moved in together I was one of those people who thought marriage was just a piece of paper but now that we live together, I want more and it seems he's comfortable so if I don't see some progress soon I just may have to move out.

No disrespect but those wigs do seem like cheap halloween ones. Good quality wigs usually range $100 and up. I've never worn a wig but I had an aquantance in HS that had cancer and she wore wigs.

$9.83 a gallon??/ WOW! I thought it was bad here! It's currently been around $3.09 (USD)  here in Missouri, my sister in Minnesota says it's much more there.

You know, I remember when I first got my license I wouldn't put gas in my car if it was over $1/gallon. I flat refused. I would walk. I would PEE MY PANTS if it got that low now!

PS: It's not like high school was all that long ago for me either, I just turned 24!

When gas prices started going up, I remember I said if they get past $2.00 I'm gonna have to buy a bike! Well, I still have not bought that bike! I'm also 22 yrs old and I started driving when I was 18 so it wasn't that long ago!

When I saw this subject line, I was reminded of a friends from college who was from England.  Everytime I'd tell him I had to go get get gas, he'd sigh and say, "Cant you call it petrol?  Do you have to call it 'gas' - that so vulgar."

:D

LOL That's so funny!

I would have replied "Can't you call it the restroom? Do you have to call it "the toilet" that's so vulgar."

tygrkat, thanks for the reply, that's basically what my close friend was telling me when I called her last night to talk about it. I guess I should enjoy my relationship where it is now and not stress so much the future. I'm going to try and talk to him tonigh without getting upset. I just find it hard to talk about my feelings without getting upset or crying.

Another down side is it will put me another $10,000 in the hole so that makes for $20,000 in debt but I'm hoping that once I get a good job making good $$ I'll be able to pay that off in 5 yrs or less!
