| This is great! There is so much motivation in the air!!! ;) I'm adding you all to my friend's list... if that's okay? ;)
I've always had trouble with dieting because I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be eating. I try to eat at much greens and fruits as possible in replacement for fatty snacks. What are your diets and what do you do when you crave for something? I once read that you drink cold water because most of time when you?re hungry, you?re just dehydrated. I?ve been really good. I have not drunk pop in about two ?three months now. My weakest strength is controlling the amount of carbohydrates I take. I?m Asian and I LOVE rice. I grew up eating rice for every meal. I?m serious. I could eat rice with everything?well not everything. I would really appreciate your response. |

| Hi everyone. I'm new here. I find this site very interesting. I am over 180, but 180 is my first goal. So can I join you guys? I hope so. I'm tired of being fat. I'm so sick of it. It makes me hate myself. I love shopping but it?s been such a pain to find anything nice to wear that fits me. I use to be a happy person, but now I'm just a big fat slob. I would share how much I weigh on here, but I'm too embarrassed to even say. I guess I'm just looking for a few friends to share some of the same problems I have. My ideal weight isn't anything close to the celebrities or anything, but it would be nice to be 140. I would be satisfied to be at 140. | |||
