| I take one to two capsules of flax seed oil in the morning. I've been finding when I don't, my brain just doesn't work the same. Previously I used to buy flax seed oil, but I hated the taste of it, although putting it in smoothies (plain fat free yogourt w/frozen berries) did help to mask the taste a bit. I don't bother buying the grains since our bodies aren't able to digest unground flax seed, and even if I had a motar and pestle, I can't see myself grounding them on a daily basis. | |||

| Hello Monday Weigh In Club! This week I'm up .5 :( after my first full week of using the tools on this website. I'm up to 207 from 206.5, and two weeks ago I was at 210, so atleast I'm down three in total, and only 62 more pounds to reach my goal!
According to the website, in order to reach my goal weight of 145 by April 27th, 2007, I need to consume 1500 calories/day. More days than not I've been staying pretty close to that, and have been exercising pretty consistenly as well. I think I'm really going to have to step it up in the exercise catagory. So far I've had a daily defficite of approximately 1000 cal/day, which I thought would for sure give me a 2lb loss (1000cal defficite/day x 7 days/week = 7000cal defficite / 3500 cal to loose 1lb = 2lb defficite). Oh well, not this week anyways. On the bonus side though, in the past month I've lost an inch around my waist :) Also, I'm feeling a lot healthier than I was from doing the weight watchers program (I love how the website gives you a grade on how healthy you've been eating!). Anyways, I guess that's enough jabbering on for now. Hope you're all having a great night. Take Care, Kat. :) |

| Wow, having your highest weight in the 130s or 140s, I wish! I'm 5'7" with a medium frame (thumb & forefinger touch when wrapped around my wrist), my current weight is 206.5, highest (that I weighed myself at) was 225.5 a few years ago (I'm sure I was heavier than that around the same point but I refused to weigh myself. I just didn't want to know), my lowest weight is unknown, although it was probably around the 110lb mark 10 years ago, and my goal weight is 145lbs by April 27th, 2005 :) | |||

| Yes, I too remember wondering why the bathroom stalls were getting smaller. I had just recently moved to Ontario and was wondering why they were so much smaller there than they were in the Maritimes. Oops, it was me getting bigger! | |||
