ah i definately feel your pain! with 2-3 hours of tennis practice mon-fri and my burn usually from 2600-3000 a day, i cant seem to find a balance of how much to eat to keep the deficit from getting to large or squeezing too small ive found that keeping a food journal which i can write in all day ( as opposed to not being able to log on to here more than twice a day) helps me to keep on track :D |

If one decides to indulge: *straight shots, aviod the sugary additives, hard liquor has enough caloreis as it is *mix or chase with diet cola if you drink it or dont want a plain shot *hit up the gym before hand * treat it as a maintenance day calorie wise. Ya know, drinking enough to fill your calorie deficit while still being able to eat normally so you dont completely ruin your metabolism. *enjoy responsibly :D |

| i think the best way to handle it would be to talk to the girl's parents seeing as it is there responsibility. explain to them the problems that could come about for their child, and they might change some of the family habits. i mean, no parent could want those things for their child, but in this day and age its just easier to pick up a happy meal and please the kids... but this is really something you should discuss with the parents and unfortunately its their discission on how they take care of their daughter. but it can't do any harm to have a little chat about it... | |||

| hey there! well dont be discouraged! 40+ pounds is fantastic! You are doing great - just keep it up its obviously working... you just gotta hold it out. you can't pick and choose where you lose the weight, but hey as long as you are losing it then good for you! everything should even out. and since you didnt measure from the beginning ( i didnt either which i totally regret) you dont really know if the numbers have gone down, but i bet you with the weight you lost that they have! just keep high spirits and keep on keepin on!
best wishes and god bless! p.s. ( yes, relient k does rock and i hope you dont mind but im gonna add you as a friend) |

| i dont know about burning fat, but workouts are always most affective when you're in your target heartrate zone.... so i dont think it matters what option you use as long as you are effectively in your heart rate zone. I know it is also ineffective to go over your target heart rate so that may be why the fat burn option tells you to get your heart rate lower.
:) hope i helped mel |
