That happened to me this morning. I say the first one is wrong. The scale was sleeping all night and it didn't do a good job on the first try. Go with the second! If anything, it gives me a little boost of inspiration to be that weight the first time tomorrow and get on it again and be 1 pound lighter. :)

She's a mini australian shepard (25lb's), she loves to run, she usually is the one that starts running, I was refusing to do it because of her stopping for no reason and almost taking me out. But I decided that I should give her another chance at running with me instead of just running around in circles in my complex's dog park. I think you guys are right though, she probably needs to just get used to it. I just hope she doesn't trip me too bad in the meantime!

yeah, i get jealous all the time. I work out I eat well, but there will always be people who either do more or make themselves sound as though they do more. I think the better we feel about ourselves though will help us not care so much about others, and the comparisons will cease. I think at least. Who knows?

Go to the gym that morning eat really healthy through out the day and enjoy a good Brasilian meal. I don't know about this specific restaraunt but Coxinha's are awesome, pao de queso (little balls of cheese bread things) and Quibi is awesome, Steak and pretty much anything else the brasilians cook is pretty great. God i miss my moms cooking!

I am originally from Brasil and when i think of the Portuguese I just think about how they always put the  ( shhh) sound in their words when they speak. That's how they talk in Rio to though.

 I also know that some Brasilians usually have an attitude about the Portuguese kind of like the same way that some Americans have an attitude about English people. that probably makes no sense. Pretty much we changed a lot from when we seperated from them and we think we are better. I grew up in America so I don't really have these feelings, but growing up i think that's how i remember people talking about them!

I like the lean cuisine bbq chicken brick oven pizza, though i don't eat the chicken in any of those kinds of meals because they are just too fake! I usually go for veggie meals just so i don't have to try to account for the missed calories!

not an idiot, just not perfect. We all make mistakes. Every once in a while i eat a little more than i was planning, but I just go to the gym work out for about an hour and ta da! I can eat a little more. It's checks and balances. Also, don't be too hard on yourself, you've at least been maintaining. think about where you would be if you weren't still doing good. Just think ahead, you can't go back and fix before so just concentrate on the now and later!

I usually just have some eggbeaters in the a.m. with an mulit grain light english muffin, then around 9:30-10 am i have about 25 almonds, then either a lean pocket or cereal for lunch, a protein bar around 3pm then maybe a salad and a peice of chicken breast and a serving of brown rice with hot sauce. oh and a peice of dove dark chocolate to keep me going. that is about 1200 calories. Also to be able to eat more I go to the gym every other day and then I can eat up to 1450 calories, which allows me to eat a little bit more for lunch and snacks!

When I first started counting my calories I bought one of those dark chocolate dove bars and just ate one little section after each meal, so I never really craved it because I ate it all the time. (Dark chocolate is also a lot heavier and gives you more satisfaction than milk, it does take a little getting used to it though. )

I love Pure Protein bars, yes the fat is about 5-6 g, but you get about 18g of Protein, so you don't have to eat as much of the fat. I eat one as a snack everyday. The chocolate chip is the best. Also, South Beach High Protein is good too, 5 fat g, for 10g of protien. Maple nut is awesome, but so is cranberry almond. I usually get them at wal-mart. Do you avoid eggs because of the taste or the calories, because if it's the calories, try egg beaters, the cheese and chives are great with a little hot sauce and on a english muffin. I have one for breakfast like every morning.

Every single time. I tried tying my shoes looser and then tighter, but they still fall asleep. I thought I just had poor circulation. To get them to go away, I usually just take really big steps so my feet actually lift off of the elliptical and wiggle them around. Or, I walk a little over the foot pads. Glad to know I'm not the only one though!

I know that i can have whatever i want 'in moderation' but there are just soooooo many things, and the 'moderation part' was always the hard part. If something tastes good. I want to eat it. To not eat it is a waste of perfectly good food. This is why i try to avoid it, until i can give myself a 'treat day', but even on those breaks, it would be impossilbe to eat everything that I've been without for those 2 weeks prior. I don't know. Thanks all

Now...when he said it did he mean -you better get into shape... because he is going to have as much sex with you as possible and he doesn't want you to get worn out. or...because he wants to have sex with someone who is in shape? Because if it's the first one, I wouldn't take it as bad. Guys just don't always have that lability that lets them hear what they are about to say and how it's going to get interpreted. (neither do i though- so it kind of sucks)

I saw this on the news this morning and it said that they did two studies and had women eat an entire bowl of pasta as they normally would and on average they ate about 620-650 calories in 9 minutes. Then they had another group of women who were asked to chew at least 15x's per bite. These women ate fewer calories (about 550-560) in about 20 minutes and said that they enjoyed there food much more. I thought it was a little interesting. Also plan on spending that much time on eating and that may help it too.
