I was vegetarian for about 6 months, not very long I know.  I thought it would be a healthy choice to make, only allowing organic items in my body.  I still believe i tis a healthy choice but for me it just didn't work.  I started to feel weak and slow.  My body started to crave meat.  I'm still not a red meat eater but I do eat fish and chicken when my body craves it which is about 2 times a week.  I'm allergic to dairy so I don't eat dairy. So I'm not sure what it called when you eat meat on occasion but no dairy products.  carni-vegi???

for gettingmylifeback, I understand what you are saying.  I'm one of those muscular girls who added fat on top of that.  I can stand to lose some muscle, to give you an idea before I changed my routine i was starting to look like the wrestler Chyna.  So all this advice I think greatly depends on your body type, don't starve and like they say add good calories to your diet, atleast 200 more. Oh and don't forget to drink water.

How many days a week or you using the weights.  Have you tried stopping the weights for a couple of weeks to maybe see if it's building too much muscle?

I did the exact same thing.  Don't fret.  I consulted my friend who is a personal training and he just had me reduce my calorie intake.  I had to find low calorie meals to eat 6 times a day to total up to 1000 calories a day and I'm buring 1060 a day.  It sounds hard but it really isn't and I'm no starving myself either, I eat.  I just stay away from the surgar, fried foods and crap.  I eat a lot fo fresh fruits, vegis, lean meats and fish.   As soon as I did that for 2 weeks it started rolling off again.  In a few of weeks I'll gradually bring my calorie intake back up to 1600 until my next plateau.

I hope that helps and if anyone reads this and think my personal  trainer is wrong, let me know!  Advice is hard to come by.
