| Get a hamburger! 250 calories, and although it isnt very sound nutrition-wise, you can always go heavy on the veggies at home and get to enjoy the wonderful taste of fast food while you're at it. I'm only saying this because in the McD in my country there arent any salads if I'm not wrong (yep, not AT ALL) so whenever I have to go there I get the hamburger cause its the lowest in calories :) But I see in the USA you guys have lots of salads to choose from so you could get one of those... |

| And apparently crossing one's legs (when seated is) is badbadbadbad because it does no good for the blood circulation and promotes the emergence of cellulite there.
But its my default way of sitting so..toughie there :S |

| I know this post is like a year old but..
My guess (and this is a real guess) is that losing weight just increased the visibility of your cellulite, since cellulite is ALWAYS THERE and never can be lost. Yup! |

| Mm I'm not 100% sure cause I'm not that knowledgeable, so according to my brain:
There's no way you can burn fat just by doing weights alone because that will just build up muscle and you will just become, well, bulkier. You have to do some cardio (jogging/running/etc) at least to burn fats, 30mins or more if I'm not wrong, yup then you put in some weight training to tone up :) |

| Hahahhaa. Where I live (totally not the US) cyclists are rather at the mercy of motorists because yeah motorists dont really like giving way, unless they are about to hit you then they'll stop out of necessity.
But no motorists don't really slow down for cyclists, and cyclists here do cycle in single file on the road so thats alright (especially because there are virtually no bike paths here unless you're at a park and the pavement along roads = NARROW like nobody's business) |

| With the body composition analyzer in school I've been told my BMR is around 1300 i think (not exactly sure)
I'm not too sure how many calories the activities I take part in after school burn, but I have fairly intensive dance/cheerleading on one or two days a week and a hiphop class every week. After counting calories, I realised that I might have been eating too little for the past few days (around 600-700) cause I've been eating mostly fruits but the analysis for those days are: Fat - 19.4% (61 grams) Protein - 21.0% (149 grams) Carbohydrates - 59.5% (422 grams) Alcohol - 0.0% Other - 0.0% |

| oh yup so sorry just to clarify, i AM clearing up my diet already :) eating lots of boiled foods now heh heh. just wondering what is the next step? and do i have to take more protein to build muscle cause i tend to prefer eating vegetables and fruits as opposed to meat? | |||

| First kiss at 14! I'm 15 now and that happened when I was kind of drunk (but still aware of what I was doing but you know in the whole drunken-just-have-some-fun mood) and in general I don't really date, I'm REALLY picky about guys. Its usually just one or two casual dates then I decide to just stay as friends. Mmm..
I dont really regret it though, I used to have big fantasies about the first kiss being with a guy I really like and all but now that it's gone it still feels alright! :) |

| I know it is sooo difficult to keep my diet especially now that its the christmas season and I have a whole load of gorgeous + sinful cupackes in the fridge given by my mum's colleagues UGH :(
plus it was my sister's birthday recently and there's leftover cake in the fridge but i have resisted the temptation by far. VERY DIFFICULT THOUGH darn. I think this is like the FIRST diet i've actually stayed on for more than one day because my willpower usually sucks so bad heh. |
