| Binger. Right here. *Points to self*. And who binged today? *Points to self again*. Everytime I binge, I binge worse. Which means I dramatically starve myself to try and pull my weight back down. Then I pull it down too far, and I think its okay to eat more, so I binge like mad. And it goes up. So the cycle continues. Today was my worst binge ever. I feel sick. I feel crap. I feel depressed. I want to curl up in a hole and cry. And I dont know anyone who doesnt tell me to shut up the moment I mention food. |

| I lost quite a bit of weight .. and then lost my periods as well .. Should I be worried? Is my body telling me I lost too much? Or is it a normal part of weight loss? |

| Argh, I hate not feeling like I have will power. And I REALLY hate having to say tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow... I had so much will power for such a long time and slowly, something tipped it out of balance and its not there anymore! I feel completely crap about it, Ive put on weight, and tomorrow is that day I was really really hoping I'd hold out to... Stupid damn sister's good cooking, discovering the ice cream shop around the corner and being home with a kitchen full of food. God dammit I feel depressed now. |

| Yeah clothes are fitting fine, so I guess thats the way I should judge if Ive really gained/lost fat... I spose it just doesnt feel right, eating more and losing/staying the same. |

| With the whole portion thing, some say to make your plate small, so u get a smaller portion of food, and then eat it slower, then you wont eat as much.
Makes me eat twice as much. Gah. lol. |

| Lol oops I'm guilty of that ... chosing machines next to people just so I can try to out run them :P and in the pool too, if Im sharing a lane, I find myself going out to over take them. But hey, it pushes me, so it cant be a bad thing. | |||

| I dont really have specific reasons, but sometimes I think I started losing it as a cry for help. Do I sound like an attention seeker? I hope not ... its just something I had to do. I guess I also lost it because I wanted to fit into some of the clothes I used to :P and because I saw some photos of me that made me go :O |

| I'm really the same. I'm trying to maintain and Im completely paranoid about gaining any weight at all, and more then that, paranoid about gaining fat. However, I dont want to lose anymore weight because my family is breathing down my neck and watching me eat and how much I run, and my counsellor is beginning to get serious about my weight, and I dont wish to worry anybody. Now my weight is sort of losing then gaining then losing then gaining a pound or so on a regular basis, my stomache feels bigger (even though I havent gained alot and I tend to go back down anyway) and I have been a little more flexible with what I eat. :S I have so much more going on in my life to worry about then my weight.. but because of this, it tends to be one of the prominent things on my mind :S |
