| I also did the fake nail thing and it really hurt when I took them off, they where thin and looked terrible. I have never been able to grow nails till now... when I get out of the shower every night before bed i stick my hands in body butter (the yellow can at walmart) and make sure the stuff is under my nails real good. I rub the excess in my hands and leave this under the nail all night. My nails now will not stop growing and are very thick.. I guess it feeds the nail what it needs... hope this helps | |||

| My favorite collection is my flowers. I love trading flower seeds and plants with people (hubby hates it cause he has to mow around them).. I also collect dolls, state spoons, old stuff (old irons etc), and angels. | |||

| Thanks everyone for the help and advice . It sure helps when you have someone to talk to.. Today went ok I guess, I stayed under my calories but ate a small piece of banana cake..so that is all I did bad today..did not eat any bread today tho . I tried writing everything down today.. (makes ya think twice) drank more water today than usual and even ate a salad.. I do not like salads but it wasnt that bad. My inlaws brought me some fresh tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers from the garden. I stayed outside most of today so I wouldnt be tempted to find something to eat. Sometimes I think I eat for lack of nothing else to do. Thanks again everyone for lending an ear. God Bless | |||
