About half way go my goal. I'll feel much better once I'm in the 250s, even if it's 259 next week. Here's hoping. :)

Is anyone concerned about baking diet soda? Expessially Aspartame. Doesn't that stuff turn into a nerve toxin under heat? I get headaches just from a few drinks of a Aspartame diet soda, I can't imagine what it would do to me if I baked it into a cake.

Hey Finewine58. Have you made it to your goal? I can't remember ever fitting into 36 pants my whole life. I'm so excited I'm in 38s, but I'm wondering what size of pants I'll actually be buying when I reach my goal range of 180-220. Currently I'm 285, but most of my fat is all belly. I wonder how much smaller my waist will go. Oh, and how tall are you? I'm 6'3" and big boned.

Yes there are quite a few. I really like the Roasted Vegetable Lasagne.

Any grocery store that carries Presidents Choice foods should have blue menu. I shop at IGA and SuperStore (superstore has way more blue menu items), I don't pay for bags there but the stores are HUGE and hard to navigate. I prefer my local IGA, but I don't get as much choice.

Oh, here is a link to see the foods. Enjoy!

I've started a Blue Menu food thread in the FOOD forum, it might be more appropriate in there.

Luckily I'm not a big Taco Bell fan. I used to like the bean burritos though.. holy crap.. 12000 mgs? you must mean 1200. hehe. I did try the new spicy chicken crunchwrap supreme when I first started my Calorie logging. It didn't taste good and was around 700 cals I believe. Yuck. I'm really trying to stop the fast-fooding, and I've cut down a lot. I find that Subway and Wendys are my best options. That day I mentioned when I splurged at Dairy Queen... I had all intentions of trying to do it good, but they don't offer any salads, and didn't have bottled water. I ended up getting a Flamethrower burger (which was actually a double 1/4 lb burger and I didn't know), onion rings, and pop. I threw out the pop, but ate the rest. I felt so discusting that day, and even worse when I had to log it into CC and look up the nutrition info. YIKES! the burger had way over 1000 alone. I've found the best way to handle my fast food cravings reasonably is wendys jr burgers and chili like I said in my first post, or Subway. Turkey and Sweet Onion Taryaki subs I really like, and are good, but I still can't say no to the cheese. :) I do make sure not to get any of the fatty dressings or oils though. Hopefully my fast-food cravings get less and less over time. Has anyone else tried the blue menu foods? I had a Cauliflower-topped Shepherds Pie for supper lastnight, it was really good, and half the calories of the normal one.
