| Sweetheart, I'm real concerned. A size 2 (is still such a very small size). Being such a young child, I would recommend you talk to your parents about the feelings you're having about your weight.
It doesn't sound healthy and before it gets out of control you need to have consultation with your parents and a doctor to make sure you take the healthy approach and don't have a eating disorder. Be encourgage and be safe, please talk to your parents about this. |

| I think there is such a thing as big boned. My bone structure seem to be large even when I was 130 pounds. Like someone mentioned above, my fingers were large (size 9 ring) and my wrist was large. After I gained weight my wright size went up to a 10 but is now back to a 9. I know Dr. Ian has alot of knowledge but I still believe in the "Big Boned" theory. | |||

| I notice that since I drink more water and cut out diet sodas, my urine is now clear and my complexion has cleared. I had a few pimples and noticed more and more each month. Drinking plenty of water has cleared my skin and flushed toxions out of my body.
Even if you can't drink 8 glasses at least try to drink 6 a day. It helps and does the body good. |

| I use to have this same problem and would look down when I walked by people. I also had a hard time looking people in the eye. But I must say, time has changed and I feel better about myself. I no longer worry about what people say about me or how they feel about me. I walk with my head up and I can now look anyone in the eye. Thank God for giving me my self esteem back.

| My shoe size has went down 1 whole size and I can now wear alot of medium with shoes. Alot of the wide width shoes are beginning to be way to wide for me. | |||

| Well it's been over a year and it's been a rocky road for me.
I got off track due to personal situations in my life and I totally got off my diet and exercise regimen. I actually gained some of the weight I loss back and weighed in at 257 pounds in June. Well, I've started over again and I'm working out and walking 5-6 days a week. It hasn't been easy but I've now gotten down to 222 pounds. I pray for strength and that I will hang in there this time. I must say that even at 222 pounds my body is toning and I can definitely see some progress. Lord help me to keep it together and make this a lifetime choice. |

| I've never heard of this. I would encourage you to loose weight the healthy way. As bad as I need to loose weight, I refuse to take any diet drugs or appettite suppressants. It's more healthier to gain control over our lives and control what we're eating without medication. Medication and Appettite Suppressants don't teach you how to eat. After you've loss the weight, you will gain it back because you will not have learned control. | |||

| Too much alchol consumption really takes a toll on your body.
I think this will really mess up your accomplishment and not to mention your health. Stay on track and focus on what is most important. I don't encourage drinking, especially students........... |

| Cokes also have the same effect as coffee. I can tell when I've drank a diet coke in any given course of the day. One coke keeps me going to the rest room even through out the night. Every now and then I have 2 diet cokes in a day, I get up 2-3 times a night. I have to lay off the cokes. :>) | |||

| Sunshinealwz, your weight loss story is so similiar to my own. I started on July 10th and weighed 269 pounds when I started. I've been walking, exercising, eating healthier and drinking plenty of water. I was never skinny in my younger days but I weighed 130-138 pounds, my weight was solid so I didn't look like I weighed 130 pounds. I had more of an athletic build and received compliments often. I thought even during that time I was FAT. Now I'm longing to again weigh 130-138 pounds. I was very hesistant about weighing and I weighed for the first time this week and to my surprise I now weigh 238 pounds. I loss 31 pounds and I'm so happy. I still have a long way to go but I'm taking one day at a time. With the help of God, I can do all things. You are doing great also, keep up the good work. Be encouraged and I hope to hear back from you in the future. | |||

| Definitely good information to be made aware of. I have heard of this and I actually believe it. Years ago when I dieted I consumed 1200 calories a day but before I reached my goal, my weight loss was at a stand still. I noticed that sometimes on the weekend I would eat whatever I wanted and of course I would feel guilty afterwards and I remember thinking that I would definitely weigh more when I check my weight on Monday's. To my surprise, I didn't weight anymore, I usually loss a couple of pounds. It was kind of weird but I think your information is more accurate. | |||
