Jacque,

Just like you I have two kids (7 and 2) and a full time job. Like melissa I get up 1 hour early and do my cardio. Some days is really hard to get up but  I feel really good after I finish it. It makes me feel "healthy" for the rest of the day and helps me to control my cravings trough the day.

I was also eating 1200kcal a day and got to the end of the day just sooooo tired. I`m know eating between 1350-1450kcal, feeling much better and broke a plateau that lasted for a whole month! It´s a little hard to understand at the beginning, but now I`m just so sure it`s the right way to do it.
