| I have heard that eating small portions actually helps metabolism because its always on. Can anyone confirm this or have any opinions on that study? little clip I found("fair play"): If you want to lose fat, develop muscle mass, and improve insulin sensitivity, you want to eat many small meals (5-6) throughout the day. Forget about the old 3 meals a day routine. Eat more meals, at the right times, and with the right foods. warning cuz im not sure if you can post offsite links guess ill find out, link to 3rd party website any information exchanged is not the responsibility of anyone but yourself. source |
