| Don't stress it!!! First of all, most people gain weight right after vacations because of water weight / stress yada yada... it'll pass and youll go back to your true weight. and second of all!!! We all have binges where we feel guilty. The best advice I can give you is "ONE DAY AT A TIME". Tomorrow is a new day with a new slate. Tomorrow, eat well.. drink lots of water.. and maybe do a bit more cardio then usual just to help your MIND feel better about everything. |

| For myself I find the more sugar/carb type foods I eat, the plumper my tummy looks. High protein, loads of water, loads of fiber(veggies, fruits), plenty of sleep and cardio. that would be my suggestion as to keeping a toned tight tummy. |

| My FAVORITE breaky is: 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 tbsp flaxseed cook till done. add 2 tablespoons rasins 1 tspn cinnamon 1/2 cup soy milk Violla!!! AMAZING. Love it. and it keeps me full all morning!!! |

| You will increase your metabolism by gaining muscle mass. If you do low weights, high repititions then you will not bulk up (unless you're on steroids or something like that). Weight training is a very important part of weight loss. |

| mztenderheart02.... NOT TRUE. Pole Dance Fitness doesn't teach you how to swing around a pole. Pole Dance GRADE SCHOOL does. The Fitness class is strictly toning and holding moves while putting a sexy flair on it. By the end of the class EVERYONE is swetting, everyone is a different size. There are plenty of heavier set women in my Pole Dance Grade School class as well. If you can do a push up, you can learn how to pole dance. SO FUN. shmoopy79.... my gym doesn't have this class either, I had to join a completely different place called "Soul Sistas Studio". I beleive if you just google pole dance in your area a studio should be around you somewhere. lilborykuamami.... Well THANK YOU DOLL!! I didn't always have this body, I've worked damn hard to get it. I was a gym rat for so many years and then last year sometime I found this site and it really helped me get motivated and understand that YOU REALLY ARE WHAT YOU EAT. robyneg... Everyone is doing the same thing in the studio, the new people have a few giggles but once they go home and realise that they ass and thighs burn like a son of a!! hahaha They dont laugh the next class, they just learn to enjoy it because its fun and get's the job done! |

You could be eating too little to lose weight... Try what this site tells you and see if the raise in calories works for you! :) Also, WATER WATER WATER. Drink a litre of water for every 50lbs of body weight you hold. |

| I'm 5'8, 138 lbs. 21 years old. This website helps me out so much as far as BEING AWARE of what I put in my mouth and I love it. I would like to be at 135lbs but it's not that big of a deal... it's really just a number. I feel healthy and happy and that's really all that matters right? |

| My boyfriend and I made chicken on the BBQ with salt pepper and oregano...no sauces... SO GOOD.
and BBQd slices of zuchinni and cherry tomatoes fried with a teaspoon of olive oil. SOOO good. |
