| Walk around the rosebowl in Pasadena, it is free, you will find tons of people.
Buy a Bike at Walmart, keep it for a couple of years, $50.00 plus tax. pedal around the park(dont forget the helmet for another $20) Buy a couple of dumb bells at $15.00 each, and tension bands for the legs and arms for another $50.00 and you got the basics for weight lifting. This gym will last you for at least 5 years at a dollar per month after salvage value! |

| I have been in your shoes....
Iit is not (only) in the work out. You must hava a balanced diet. Experts say that you should aim for 40%carbs, 40%protein and the rest in oil/fat. Some other experts say that while in training, your carb intake should be at 65% of your daily dietary intake. It depends on your body, age and lifestyle. You must make a decision of which program you would like to follow. They also mention that we need to take omega 3 and eat fish. Eat 6 small meals, by that It means each meal should be the size of a tupperware. Depending on your body weight, your tupperware should e 5 inches long by 3.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches high or smaller. Limit your calorie intake to 75% to 90% of what your current calorie consumption is today. For example, my weight is 205 lbs., I consume 3300 cals. per day. If I want to loose weight without any pain, I nedd to limit my calorie intake to75% of 3,300 cals, approximately 2500 cals. For every 500 cals. per day that you loose, you will have a net effect of loosing one pound (3,500 cals per lb. of fat) per week. Write everything you eat. | Humm,
If I were in your shoes, I would find me a nice used bike in a garage sale, buy me a new helmet and ride the bike path everyday for one hour. Get a matt pilates tape and do some stretching/calistenics |

Even guys get some.....get rid of it by doing cardio, lifting weights, a balance diet, more cardio, more weight lifting. How much? 90 mins. cardio per day, 7 days a wk. Heart rate at 85%-95% of your max. heart rate (220 minus your age)time 85% Weight lifting 3x a wk, with 24 hrs. rest time. Will you get rid of it completely, we don't know, however you may eliminate most of it. Good luck |
