I'm using it again and it does make a difference in my waist! What I've been doing so my body doesn't get used to it is vary the workouts. For example, on Monday I'll do #1, Tuesday #2, Wed #3, THurs #2, Fri #3.  Gives my muscles a rest and mixes things up a little bit. It seems to work!

I've used it in the past, just not fo the full 30 days. It does work! Definately makes me stronger and feel more fit. My question is that does it make anyone one else gain weight? I know its muscle, but I really don't want to bulk up. Has anyone bulked up from this? I keep my calorie intake as low as I can, but just am afraid of growing muscle under the fat, making me look larger than I really am.

Alright, I'm game too! I need to give myself a big kickstart. I'm 25 and weigh about 160 right now, height 5'4. I am naturally curvy, have the hourglass figure that Marilyn Monroe had. That is, if we can get the fat off. About a year ago I was down to 142 (the smallest I've ever been in my life!) but then I moved and turned to food for entertainment and comfort.

I've done it before and I'm ready to do it again! I just need some buddies to help me through it, resist the chocolate, and hit the gym!!
