| Hello ladies! I am a mom to a 6 and 4 year old, and I still have not
lost my baby weight. :( I can't say I have really been trying either,
until now. I work out on a weekly basis and try to eat healty meals. Nice to be here! Wish me luck on my new lifestyle. My goal is to be in a nice swim suit by next summer. |

I would toss the salmon with some wheat pasta, garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs, and some fresh veggies of choice. Served cold! |
