I love it too.  I never used to watch it.  As a personal triainer I was very unsure of the methods they use (so extreme)!  But now I am hooked and LOVE both Bob and Jillian!

Sadly though, I tend to watch it while eating popcorn.  Working out isn't my problem... junk food is!  Argh.

Thanks for the tip... I am sure I am missing fibre.  I will get on that tomorrow for sure.  Why is it though that I am at the gym on the treadmill thinking about hitting McDonalds on the way home for a hamburger?  what is up with that???  I didn't by the way!

And yes... lets both hit our goals!

I share your pain.  At 5'1" I have 34 DDDD (F) cup boobs.  I figure it must play into my overall weight and body fat %.  STill it is discouraging.  I would have them reduced but am afraid to go under the knife as I have 2 young children.  I must say though, now that I am 40... gravity is unkind! 

Maybe I'll start adjusting my weight in my head.  130 on the scale = 125 + BOOBS!

I am 5'1" with a medium - large frame.  I look best at about 120... I am currently around 130 - down from 146.  I am a personal trainer and I spin about 4 x/ week so I have lots of muscle.  I am trying to lose the fat on TOP of the muscle.  My problems are sugar, lack of veggies and fruit and proabably not eating enough.  I hope this is my year.  Sigh.

Wanda we're practically twins.  I am also 39, 5'1" and 130 as of this morning.  Looking to get down to 125 by end of October.  Weird!

Don't worry about speeding anything up... just think long term.  Small, sustainable lifestyle changes.  You can do it!

Tomorrow is a new day.  Plan to eat ... meaning set up a schedule and stick to it... and eat well.  At stressful times like this your body really needs good fuel!  Don't worry about last week... just llok forward. Good Luck!

You only need to do weights 2x a week.  (2-4 is recommended) cardio recommended 4 - 7.

I am a trainer and I work out 3 - 4 x a wekk.  Your body needs to heal.  On the off days go for long walks so you are moving but not straining!  Good luck.

Ah thats a good one.  Yeah thats what I need... a mantra.  I don't like the standard "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" cause I don't want to be skinny.  I want to be fit.  yes.... that is what I need a mantra!!!!!!!  thanks for the suggestion.  Now, I don't like cookies so I need to personalize it!

Hey Katie!  My birthday is January 28th!  I read your bio... you sound like me.  I work out like a fiend!  I am even a personal trainer... so the exercise is never the problem.  It's the crap I eat!

Thanks guys... I am already pumped.  Don't know if buying it now will work... do I buy it a size too small?  My kids will touch it and it'll probably be a wreck come April....  haha!  Mind you they are probably cheap this time of year!

Sabrina -- Yeah it must be genetics and bone structure.  I feel sickly under 118.... but I work out a lot and have a lot of muscle.  I can't imagine what 105 would be like?  I just need to lose the extra 10 pounds of fat which lives on top of my muscle.  Also, I have huge boobs so that HAS to count for something.  Last measurement they were... get ready... 34 DDDD, and no, they are not fake.  Imagine... on a 5"1" frame.

5' 1".  Thats me.  Anyone else out there in the 120's or 130's.  I find most people on CC that are our height are 105 lbs... I can't relate.  I have never been that tiny!

I drink one everyday with lactose free milk.  I usually have it first thing in the morning... as my mornings are hectic and I pretty much have it on the go.  On days when I am not weight training, when I think my protein intake will be sufficient I only take 1/2.  I am a personal trainer, and many of my clients take them after their workouts. I like Whey Gourmet or Matrix 5.0.  Both are yummy.

All I can say is I hear you.  I just down about 4 huge handfuls of Lays classic chips.  After eating well all day.  I just logged it, promised I wouldn't go back for more... and tomorrow will be another day.  I do the same thing.  I work out - then eat a chocolate bar on the way home (sometimes).

I agree.  I checked out your profile and the pictures you have posted are concerning.  you are not eating enough.  I think you need to look at the big picture - and at your future.  Please seek help.  You need it.  Good Luck.
