| Goodmorning ! Well I still havent gotten on the scale recently however I did make it to curves 3 times this past week. yeah!!! the best thing though I feel better when I exercise - hope everyone is doing good - HIHO hang in and hang on | |||

| HI all - I'm still hangin in there- Not sure my current wt. I missed curves for 2 weeks but i'm back this week - I feel better when I exercise - Last wt was 274# . I have much more energy to do things with my boys . Hope everyone is having a great summer - | |||

| HI all - It's been a while - Days seem to go faster and faster can't believe its almost 4th of july already. I haven't weighed myself in a while but still feel like i'm doing ok. Still going to curves but have slowed there a bit and going only 1-2 times a week but still going. I"m going to try going early am starting tomorrow before work since there seems to be so much going on in the evening. My youngest is in baseball so 2 nites a week its popcorn and cheering them on. If anyone would like to chat on messenger my hotmail address is arollie@hotmail.com - its good to have friends trying to accomplish the same goal . My last wt was 274. | Hi all - well I haven't gotten on the scale but don't have to to know I didn't do so hot this week. I didn't get a chance to go to curves all week I didn't eat well either. oh well this week i should be back on track. | Hi all - well still doing the curves thing i actually ended up on the top 5 biggest loser board for April woo hoo - I only lost 1# but another 4 inches - I'm stickin to it - the eating is going better too I don't weigh myself regularly only at my weigh/measure for curves monthly. i also did lots of yardwork this weekend.......

| Hi All - Well the curves thing is going great - i tried on some of my summer clothes yesterday and things i couldnt fit into last yr. i can now fit into. but i'm having such a problem with eating. I do great during the day - oatmeal for breakfast, a balanced lunch then dinner eat healthy dinner then its an ice cream bar, or 2 etc. - I'm not giving up just need to find something to do when those cravings hit. I'm a single mom with 2 kids so hard to eliminate the snacks from the house - I"m so frustrated with my self --grrrr oh well i won't quit curves i feel wonderful since i started. | Hi everyone - well still hangin in there had a tough few weeks but still went to curves 3x a week and got measured today a total of 14 inches since i started in feb. have only lost 4 lbs so far but i'm not trying too hard as far as the calories go - i'm a stress eater so doing the best i can for the moment. trying to at least eat healthy. I'm feeling better and have alot more energy. HIHO hang in and hang on - have a great weekend everyone - Alice | |||

| Hi all sorry been too busy to post lately. Still doing the curves thing 3x a week. I definitely notice increased flexibility and just overall feeling better. Almost time to be weighed and measured again. Now if i could only stop eating or i should say overeating especially at nite. But I'm not quitting no way - Have a Happy Easter All - Allie | |||

| sorry to hear about your son - however a friend of mine her grandson had the same problem he had the surgery and is doing just fine. So keep your chin up - I have a son who is 17 now and has adhd,bipolar and for the past 2yrs has undergone 5 ear surgeries and is almost deaf in one ear due to a birth defect that surfaced called a cholesteotoma - hang in there sometimes the road is tough - I did this past month join curves for ME !!! and have lost 3 lb and 10 inches at my first monthly weigh in. So do something for you - as far as the candy bar i'd have to buy one i didnt like.....lol like my father always says HIHO hang in and hang on | |||

| Hi all - had my first monthly weigh and measure at curves - i lost 3 lbs and almost an inch over my entire body wherever she measured i am so excited. I don't get on the scale as a rule so i had no idea. I truly didn't expect this wonderful surprise. I love curves it's a great workout and after a long day at work relaxing too. I'm hangin in there. one pound and inch at a time. Have a great weekend all........Allie | |||

| HI - Am a newby still - I joined curves on feb13 2007 - havent gotten on a scale since i started wt. was 278 that day. but have been very good at going 3-4 x per week. I think its a great program its a quick 1/2 hour workout and leaves me feeling good when i'm finished. The next week or so will be my 1st weigh an measure with them since i have started. I'm hoping for the best. I feel better anyway and that's most important. Have a great day all. Alice | |||

| HI - I'm new to this site - recently joined curves current wt 278. I have polycystic ovaries have been overweight all my life and to top it off i'm a dietitian....hahaha........I know what to eat,what not to eat how to cook it. I don't eat alot of fried foods or junk food. I just can't get started and I really don't have a good support system. I am healthy but i want to stay that way. So here I am. This seems like a great place to start. | |||
