I always have to have chocolate or ice cream. About 200-300 cals or so per day. I love to eat bread with nutella at nights. One or two slices. Only one if I already had some chocolate, cookie, or ice cream earlier. Hmm... Yum! I think I eat pretty balance. I always get either an A- or a B+ which I'm fine with since I'm always allowing myself a treat!

1. 5'2.5" 2. 103 3. Avg 1600 during the week and I don't count in weekends. Maybe > 2000 4. Almost everyday cardio 35-40 mins. Sometimes I do weights, but not much lately 5. Around 2 years. I do gain some weight when I go for summer and winter vacations (around 3 pounds), but then I try to eat around 1450 and I was able to lose the gain. However, I haven't been able to lose my gain from last summer that easily. When I left in July, I was 101.5 and I haven't been able to go back to that. But I decided to stop caring that much and be happy at 103 6. 26 |

Don't worry at all! I never had a boyfriend until I was in college. Honestly, in high school guys are pretty immature and annoying. I agree with blondiecath. It was only when I decided to start to go out with my friends and don't care about guys at all that I got asked by a guy that is currently my bf (that's 2 years and 1/2 ago). I just wanted to have fun and be happy with myself and grow as a person. It was just weird, when I stopped caring and looking, it just happened. I would suggest that you enjoy your single years now. While I was single I was sad that I didn't have someone to love me, but I didn't love myself enough to enjoy what I had and who I was. Now that is the only thing that I regret a little because when you have a serious boyfriend you have to start thinking in terms of "us" and you can't do what you want anymore before compromising with him. I love my bf, but we are different people and enjoy different things. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy and do what you like in order to learn about yourself. Grow and discover who you are. You are so young and beautiful! The right guy will come when you least expect it. |

I ate a lot!! We started eating at 7pm and I went home at 2am. During the whole time my tummy was stuffed and a little painful. However, it was delicious! I usually don't get to eat good food during the week so I'm thankful we had such a nice dinner. I know I shouldn't eat until I'm too full that it hurts, but it was sooooooo good! I'm no counting calories and today's number in the balance is surely higher. However I already lost one pound from the time I woke up. I must be fluid retention and going to the bathroom! I'm going to go for a good work out today though and hope the balance goes back to normal tomorrow =) |

I was also deficient so I started taking iron supplements and my iron has been normal since then. I stopped taking supplements around 1 year ago because I was logging all my food here and it was telling me how much iron I was getting so I found that I was eating more than 100% everyday. I talked with my doctor and we wanted to see if that would do without the supplements. I've been measuring my iron levels every 6 months and so far everything is going well. I recommend going to your doctor to get your values if you stop taking your iron supplements. BTW I don't eat much meat, but I eat a lot of cereal which is fortified with plenty of iron. |

About a year and a half ago I was diagnosed with Anemia. I had a very low iron level (6.5)! I had to go to the ER and get blood transfusions. I wasn't feeling unusually tired either. I was just busy with school and everyone was tired. I would just feel a little dizzy 4-5 times during the last year while working out, but I thought I was just not eating enough before going work out. I have always had low BP too. One day, I just went for a regular check up and I had to go to the ER after that. I should have gone to check why I was feeling dizzy a lot sooner. That way I would have just avoided the whole ER thing. My iron level was probably low since a year back. It just got worst over time and I never noticed. I just recommend that you go to your doctor ASAP. I don't want to scare you or anything, but it is better to catch things early to avoid complications.

That explains a lot. I eat them all the time and I'm always hungry afterwards =( Maybe I should just eat chocolate which has the same calories and doesn't make me full neither, but taste better! |

I love ice cream!!! My bf usually buys Edy's cookies and cream. It is only 120 cals per 1/2 cup, but I usually end up eating 2 servings. When the ice cream is in the house I eat it everyday! I try not to buy it as often. It is so yummy! |

One a side note, European sizes run on the small size for sure. Usually I'm 2 or even 0 in some stores (I'm only 5'2") here in the states, but when I go to Europe I fit into 34-36. I guess it really depends on the store. I have 2 jackets from Benetton and they are size 40. I wouldn't guide myself much on sizes. |

I can totally relate. It sucks. I feel like I need someone to tell me I'm pretty and smart. The thing is that my bf used to tell me all these nice things a lot, but now that we are going out for more than 2 years and we moved in together everything stopped. I feel like he doesn't care about me anymore. I guess I need a lot of attention. If I don't get it, I don't feel loved. I know it is a little stupid and maybe I have unrealistic expectations, but I think if a guy wants to be with me he has to show it, right? I don't know. How is it going to be when we are together for 5, 10 or even 20 years? Even when other people tells me compliments, they don't really matter as much as when my bf makes them. I hate feeling so dependent on that. Well, the truth is that we shouldn't need anyone to make us feel worthy! Why do we need that? We are perfectly fine and beautiful!I need to work on this too, so we are together in this. I'm trying to keep a journal and to write my feelings to try to rationalize them. Japanese girls (or from any Asian country for that matter) have a lot of pressure to be thin. I have some friends from there and they all think they are fat even though they are really thin. Their culture puts a lot of emphasis in that. Plus I think that if everyone around you is thin, you have even more pressure to stay as thin as they are. About the way they do it, probably portion control. They look very skinny, but not athletic so I doubt they work out that much. |

I'm 26 yrs old, 5'2.5, 100lbs, US pants 0, and top size xs. My figure.... I guess I'm pretty straight 33.5-27-34. I don't really have much of a waist and I don't think I can lose more weight in order to get a smaller one.. |

Most of the time I can calm the sweet cravings after dinner with 1/4 cup or 1/2 of Honey Nuts Cheerios. They are really sweet and fill me up! |

I usually drink a little on the weekends. My bf loves beer (German gene I guess!) and he is always asking me to drink something with him. Sometimes I completely avoid it because it's just so many empty calories, but sometimes I give in since I want to keep him company too. I think as long as you don't do it too often, it is fine. On special occasions I'm always drinking around 4 drinks and I still have lost weight. You just have to work extra hard the next day, eat less the next day to even it out, or just move on and continue with your plan the day after. I guess I look at it as a "binding" day since at the end I have more calories than I wanted. |

My parents also tell me that I'm not eating enough. It gets a little annoying. I think I'm just right. The funny thing is that when I'm with friends and we have a gathering or something with food I tend to eat a lot. I just go work out later or don't eat that much during the day so I can eat whatever I want and still be within my cals for the day. However, they are always amazed how such a little person (I'm short too) can eat so much. So then I get home and my parents tell me why I'm not eating! Excuse me, I just ate more you! I don't have to eat in front of you so you know it. Okay, I think I am complaining too much. Back to you! I think you should try to explain yourself to your parents, I know I'm not a fan of talking much with them, but maybe if you can try to explain the process you are going through and why, they can understand you better. I get a little bloated a few days before my period is coming and I get EXTREMELLY bloated when I have my period. I decided to not weight myself at all during this time because I know it is just temporary. Also I have notice that I loose like 2 or 3 pounds after my period. I like those days You are normal, we are girls! |

I totally love food. I look foward to every meal! I'm always thinking what I will get to eat later even after I'm just done eating! I know it kind of sucks because sometimes I can't control myself. But I'm trying, it is best to enjoy every single bite than to mindlessly shove it all inside. My weakness is chocolate.. YUM! But this is why I try to work out everyday.. The good thing is that I love working out too! So it kind of balances out |

I totally understand what you are saying! You are not crazy. I think we all obssess about this. Before I started working out and caring about my weight I didn't really cared about my eating habits or how I looked that much. Since I started working out and counting calories I know that I have lost fat and got toned. I look way better, but now somehow I feel less confident because I want perfection now. It's crazy! I try to think better of myself though by always remembering that one day when I'm old I want to look back and be happy with how I lived my life. Also, probably most of us will then realize how cute and beautiful we looked when we were younger and we didn't need to obssess so much about it. So I try to think like this because I hate regretting things. I know it is super hard. I'm trying to sound all rational here and I still complain about little silly details. Just try to eat healthy and excersice to be healthy and you should be fine! You look beautiful in ur pic :)
Ps.- I always gain a few pounds when I go for holidays, but once I get home I go back in track and I lose them! So you can still enjoy! |

Definitely add high calorie foods to your diet, but be careful not to eat only bad fats in order to get more calories. Try nuts and avocados, both full of healthy fats and very filling =) |

You are not fat! You have great measurements. I know where you are coming from though. I do complain all the time about this little pounch too. I think it has to do with diet. I don't eat only vegetables and fruits. I love bread and chocolate so of course I have the little pouch! I work out everyday and I do weights too and the pouch is still there. It must be my diet. Besides that, we are human! We wish, but we can't, be completely 100% tone (specially if you are a girl). Celebrities are photoshoped hardcore and they do crazy things to prepare to photoshots and such. We can't be so hard on ourselves and compare because it is like comparing apples and onions or something like that :P |

Sometimes I have those bad days in which I eat 400-500 cals in chocolate. I LOVE chocolate, but once I'm done with that much I usually don't enjoy it because I eat it so fast. I usually eat at least some chocolate during my day though, it is so worthy (when I eat a reasonable amount), I don't feel bad at all :) |

I was a 34B too and after losing weight I went to VS and they told me I should buy 32C. I think since we went down from 34 to 32, we can go up from a B to a C. It is something like that, but I think I'm going to try a 32B since I think a 32C is a little too big for my boobs. I definitely lost some |

I'm confused about this too. I normally work out 40 mins and I burn around 420 cals accoring to the machine, but I just got a HRM and it says I only burn 300. Isn't 120 cals a little over too much?? My average HR is 158 so I work out pretty hard the whole time.. I hope I'm burning an average of both at least! |

Hi there, I'm 5'2.5" and I'm around 102lb. I don't know my body fat, but when I used to weight 113lb I was 27%. I usually wear xs or s and size 0 or 2 in pants. My bra size is 32C or 32B depending on the brand. I'm a bride's maid for my friend's wedding this summer and I got a dress size 6. She did alterations though. I think I was more of a size 4, but it is true that those dresses run smaller than regular sizes! Congratulations on your wedding! =D |
