| I can sort of understand the good sides of lofflytime's idea about focusing on a gym related goal.
However, I still look in the mirror and think fat fat fat. I've felt a bit better about myself since cutting down on calories. Do you think it would make more sense to maintain my current weight and hate what the mirror shows or reach an apparently underweight size but feel happy? |

| I am concerned that as I become a fully grown adult it will become harder to lose weight. Also, I would like to have 2 or 3 kids when I am in my later 20s, but I worry about not being able to work off the weight I gain from that. I am trying to reach a lower weight now so I can be happy later. | |||

| I think it looks like mashed avocados. Except in that tan color. But if you get the red pepper kind it has chunks. Well, its definitely one of my favorites on a sandwich with lettuce. | |||

| When I first started keeping track of my calories I was happy to note that the bread my family buys (by the Vermont Bread Company) was 70 calories per slice. Even cinnamon raisin!
I assumed the bread my mother bought on vacation would also be 70, but I was unhappily surprised (after eating a sandwich) to see it pack 110 calories into one slice. I also didnt expect blueberries to have so many calories compared to other fruits. |

| Wow, thats great!
I'm going to try one of the recipes. Did you notice if any were under 100 calories? Maybe thats just wishful thinking. Anyways, I too noticed that protein bars are so expensive. Especially when the store doesn't have any in bulk. So, thank you! |

| Hi, I've been a vegetarian since 4th grade and I'm now entering 9th.
Tofu2Go is a company that sells packages of tofu and sauce that can be eaten straight from the container with no preperation. Thats a good option if you are bringing lunch to work or school. I also love barbequeing tofu-kebobs with vegetables. However, a vegetarian shouldn't rely completely on tofu for protein. Be sure to supplement with eggs or beans or some other protein rich food. |
