I go to pilates twice a week and it really work's i know you just can't just lose waite on pilates but it will tighten your body try aerobic kickbox then you will totally lose some calories there and also try aerobic strength training class that also is a good one good luck !!!

mon either yoga or kickbox aerobic's class 1 hr

tues abs, tricep's, trendmil 60 min, eliptical 30 min

wed aerobic strength training class 1 hr

thurs paletes class 1 hour

fri trendmill 50 min, ab's, eliptal 30 min

sat stairmaster 30 min, ab's, tricep's, leg presse's tot time 130 min

sun depend's if i want to rest ?

I my self alway's go to the gym alone i feel i motivate my self by excersizing by my self less distraction i see alot of people going to the gym alone to make it easier for you plan out your gym routin in no time you will be fine Good Luck :)

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and soon hopefully i will be hanging with this crowd on calorie count my goal is to be back to 130 working on it LOL other than that my lowest weight was at 120 didn't look so well with that weight so 130 would just be fine since I'm 5'6 other than that just wanted to say hi to all have a nice fittness day !!

I'm sorry that you feel pressure right now i my self am married to a sailor and ya at first it was a lil hard getting used to having him back from six month's leave you will be fine :) before in my past i made my self throw up and i was a good healthy weight thought i still needed to lose more when i didn't so i tried it but i couldn't go threw with it though it was easy to do now i wouldn't do it for the slim of it i have already lost 5 pound's threw pure excersize and cutting down portion's i do need to eat healthier though it's a learning process and it seem's to be working out so far at least i hope you and your husband the best and i hope you are feeling better !

funny my husband washes dishes and my teen daughter doesnt still trying to brake that habbit with her ^_^ i have her put them away though .

I once lost alot of weight to a point that i had family member's tell me that i have and eating disorder which i know i did not eating through out the day at the moment felt normal to me so i understand how you feel now i eat but not to much to over do it !

have you tried using an excersize belt which you would put on under work out clothes and then do your work out believe me it will help just around your stomach area will sweat that area out i used it and wow what a defference it made i bought one at walmart for only $6.00 dollar's i use it from time to time cause you really sweat alot with it hope this will help !

have you tried the big excersize ball that one i tried and it is really good for the mid section good for your arms and legs also you should look for one with a excersize dvd !
