Hello ladies,

I have been really great the last two days.  I have had a deficit of at least 1,000 each day.  Been increasing my protein and feel great!!  I even feel jumping over my fence and really hurt my wrist and shoulder/neck but I worked through it today doing 45 min of arms and back. 30 min of recumbent bike and 70 min of elliptical.

Staying focused feels good!!!!

Wow, you guys are terrific.  So many great ideas you just forget about.  I do go for the high protein cerals but you get sooooo many carbs in them. 

Sometimes you just need a little reminder :))))))

Back to burning some cals!

Hum.........Duh!!!  I am doing that.  Any thing other than your typical meat....Chicken...lean pork....lean fish.....

Wow MV3 - you seem very knowledgeable.  I am not a serious athlete just serious about toning and losing weight.  I can not be a serious athlete due to some very bad issues I have with my left leg and left arm.  I just want the healthiest body.  The healthier it is the less pain I have and I want to live this life the best way because I know how easily it can be taken away from you.  I am following the directions.  5 on 2 off and after 3 months you take off a month. I am concerned about "Bulking up"  I am not a petite frame.  Thank goodness I have a little height on me 5'8.

I am not a body builder - I am not in perfect shape.  I am 37 will be 38 in Aug and need some help with my metabolisim so whated to know if this helped anyone.

I am so in!!!!! 

Age: 37
Height: 5'7 
CW: 148.4
Last August (my b-day) I was 137. 
I want to get to 130 or 135 need to see what I look like then. 

I had a really really really bad day snacking, over eating and not working out today.  I have totally sabatoged my day today.  I guess I will have to start tomorrow.  HARD Core!!!

Help me stay motivated PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

you guys rock!!  I am in a transition phase.  I am currently looking for a job and I am home ALOT!!  I do know the Water/gum/keep moving/ tricks but I just give in so easily!!  Today was supposed to be back on track - work out eat right after the weekend at the parents eating and drinking - I even lost weight but I have just sat infront of this computer chowing all day long!!!!

But this truly does help to vent and hear from others!!!
