i convince myself fast food tastes really gross, and it wasn't that hard because i worked in fast food for a year, and it was pretty gross ;D so i just picture the smell of my uniform and it makes me not wanna eat it. |

you really dont know. cause if they prepare it with oil or butter it adds a lot of calories and fat.. lots of little things you dont notice :] |

yepp, on the weekend i drank a lot of beer and rum :] was totally exciting, was down 5 lbs & then about 3 hours after eating and stuff i went up like 6 lbs haha |

i've been on yasmin for a while & i love it, no complaints at all! & before i was on alesse, wasn't really a fan (spotting was terrible).. no weight gain though! |

as far as prices go, if you want something good for a decent price NOOO TO MACS! plus if you ever want to upgrade, no to macs as well.. macbooks are good, but nothing fantastic to be honest, over priced for what they actually are, plus i hate the operating system they run on its harder to find games/programs for macs, not as bad now as before but yeah look for at least 2 gigs of ram. happy shopping. i have an HP laptop, i like it. no problems yet, had it for almost a year. not my favourite brand, but oh well, none the least its not too bad.

sounds like a waste if they don;t fit perfectly after.. especially if i spend like 80 bucks on a pair of pants i want them perfect on my new body.. plus makes me feel down/fat at the time, generally a bad idea for me plus i like to wear my new clothes when i get them because its exciting. :] |

Heaven - Baked potato with sour cream, bacon, green onions, fried onions and mushrooms on top, steak (fillet mignon) with more fried mushrooms and onions on top. & broccoli and cauliflower covered in a cheese sauce or hollandaise or something with a mango smoothie on the side. :] haha

no reason why you cant have a mini chocolate bar to satisfy your craving, it'll help you from eating a bit too much of something else maybe. 100 calories from chocolate if fine, just go for a walk while eating it or something lol. a small chocolate CAN easily fit into your caoric intake for the day! just dont go over board. |

DDR is amazing for weight loss, i have a friend who lost quite a bit of weight playing it everyday as far as measuring weight and all, i agree with the doctors office thing, you could check now and check back in 3 weeks if youre really dedicated to your weight loss, you can try measuring body part to see if you get results (bust, waist etc.) if you dont have a soft measuring tape their only a buck at the dollar store, or you could use string and a ruler or something |

i've heard the wii fit scales change a lot, and aren't always accurate but maybe they are idk i dont have one weighing yourself day to day is okay, but you might get annoyed with the fact that over the day you went up 1-3 pounds since the time you woke up but thats normal. Log everything you eat and make sure everything is at a good level, plan your meals ahead of time and continue with the gym :] |
