| thanks for your input guys. no, i don't smoke or chew. i haven't had any tostitos since and it isn't as big and swollen, but the bump on my tongue is still there. i'm going to talk to my doc about it tomorrow when i go for my hemangioma checkup! great fun! | |||

| lol. last night my mom made french fries and nuggets and i made something else. she asked when i was going to eat "normal" again. i just laughed and said that a chicken sandwich IS normal! | |||

| look around at the other posts..... this is definitely not safe. shoot for a minimum of 1200 and you probably burn a lot more (therefore you can eat more) b/c you are 15 and working out. i'd go for at least 1500 a day. what you are doing now is dangerous. you aren't getting all the nutrients you need. | |||

| well, it isn't a cut on my tongue.... it's definitely a bumb. i don't think it's open. lol. i have no idea about that one.
my lips do get chapped from weather but i don't think that is what it is. after i ate the chips the corners of them got swollen immediately! like within a 2 or 3 minutes... |

| soo.... today so far....
2 cups of kashi golean crunch 2 oz of whole wheat pasta w/ 2 oz grilled chicken and a little bit of alfredo a chicken salad wrap from arby's i'm doing better.... real meals and less mindless snacking! that's like 1400-1500 cals for the day. yay! |

| i need to be honest about my binges too.... i get to the point where i stop logging them b/c even i don't want to see it. maybe if i force myself to post my intake here i'll be more inclined to not binge! so.... today wasn't a great day. here it goes
* 4 cups of kashi golean crunch * 1/2 c of vanilla ice cream w/ chocolate chips * about 150 skittles * about 20 hot tamales * 1 huge apple * 2 pieces of bread so.... do you see any real meals in that?? yeah, me neither. that was my total intake for the day. it was 2,060 calories. not as many as the past million days! lol. tomorrow will be better. just watch. |

| i was there. i went 1.5 YEARS without mine. i just got it again last week for the first time but it only lasted 2 days. i have gained some weight and i haven't worked out as much in the past 2 months. that (sadly) probably did it. my doc wasn't worried about it. i had blood tests done and they said i didn't need to do anything about it unless i wanted to (and then they would have to give me bc or something). so.... if you are worried, go see your doc. otherwise, it's pretty normal. i had no idea how normal until i saw every else having the same problem! haha. | |||

before calorie count i worked out a lot.... but i ate a lot. i ate too much. i didn't really care then though. now that school is in full swing i'm finding it harder to work out as much but cc has made me aware of my binge problem and i work on it everyday. sometimes i win and sometimes i lose. no matter what happens, finding cc has helped me to stay on track and be better the next day. |

| this is day 2 of no bingeing and i'm soooo dizzy. what's up with that? yesterday i had about 1250 cals and today, before dinner, i've had like 850. i feel horrible and weak and dizzy. does anyone know why? is my body just used to an abundance of food and now that it has a normal amount it's freaking out? | |||

| i haven't had my period in a year and a half. i've been to the doctor and they said that they can give me birth control if i wanted it to start but i kinda like not being on it. i've gained weight since that time... sadly, about 15 lbs. i still haven't started! i'm 5'4" and now 130 lbs. this is not underweight by any means! should i start birth control? | |||

| your neck is proportional to your waist. i read that if you don't feel like trying on jeans at the store, you can hold the jeans by the sides of the waist and wrap it around your neck. if the two sides meet in the middle, it'll fit your waist. it works on me.... i don't know if it does on everyone. | |||
