| the 4 weeks to weight loss
there is something like that on About.com? Has anyone thought about puting a video on youtube showing your weight loss. I had a look there, thoes are brave people. I'm making my own private weight loos video, started it today and will update it every Monday. Why do you all want to loose weight????????????? I do cuz' I've got thyroid AND heart problems, so I know I'd live better lighter. I want to see my kids grow up and have kids of their own. I want to feel sexy again, and put on a dress just cuz'. |

I'm doing the weight watchers on line. I'm still new to the site so have not yet started doing the points yet. I'm going to photocopy my mom's point finder, cuz that will be better than trying to find just what I'm looking for. Like I typed in 2%milk, but didn't get my kind. lol sooo we'll see |

| They I'm looking for 4 mom's on here to make up a small group. I just don't get on here every day so it's hard too keep up with soooooo many people. Thats why I'm looking to make a small group :)
As we know having this thyroid crap makes it harder to work off the jelly. |

| my son is 12 years old and is 5 foot 4. We bought him size 12 men's boots this year for winter. I know they are a bit big but it's good for extra sock room. But if I bought the size 11 mens he would not have any extra room.
It's funny cuz' every since he turned 8y old his shoes size has matched his age. Thank god they seem to be more like size 11 :) Mabey one day his Ronald McDonald feet will STOP growing. |

| lol, it's normal for me to park far away. I like the room :)
I'm just going to write in my journal about my exercise, and stuff. I wont be able to go along with the rest of you gals cuz' it just wont work right now. OK so all 7 of us need to write down our 3 fav name chocies #1 being your most fav name. The name that shows up the most is the winner kinda thing lol :) also where is everyone from? and why are you overweight? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` names #1: pig, #2:wanna be size 7, #3: cellulite queens I'm from Cobourg Ontario Canada I'm fat cuz'.... lack of movement, and prob wrong food choices (and not eating out.. cost too much) I HATE to cook would rather wash pots :) also about a year and a half ago is when I found out I had hypothyroid :( so it makes it sooo much harder (cry cry) |

| Ok, so I'm 30.5 years OLD :( I'm about 5 foot 2 and I'm up to 184 pounds. I've got 3 boys 12,7,3, and I work full time as a Personal Support Worker. This is a hard job we run our butt's off but still it's no good. I've got heart problems from birth and I'm hypothyriod :( and forget to take my pills like 2 times a week :(
Short goals .. hoping to get a dog in Jan/Feb and he can be my walking buddy :) No snacking at work, and drink 2 extra waters a day. Use the stairs. Long goals .. would like to be 160 pounds on my 31 B-day in March. Then not to stop there..... I WANT TO LIVE TO SEE MY GRANDKIDS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` and we should weight in once a week :) |

| TTOM, I've never had a problem in THIS Lt. leg/ankle.
But in my Rt. leg I get swelling and it's painfull and Hot. (this is normal for me) Just last year I was sent to Whitby cardio. clinic and they did an ultrasound of both my legs, and said everything is OK. I also have hypothyroidism. The doc at the walk-in said it may be whats going on and did blood tests but I wont know what it was till Monday 15th. But he didn't think it was that. He didn't even try to find a palse at all. I've had doc's do that B4. He just wants to to try vitimins. I also work in the health-care field. I'm a PSW in a nursing home. And non of the nurses there could tell me why my leg/ankle would have no feeling. So when I say my ankle swells, it's nothing like you would see in the nursing home. Thank God! My job keeps me running (right now we are in breakout.. everyone has vomited or has the runs) and I walk 3 or more times a week. Plus run/bike after my 3 boys. (LOL, but still I keep the weight on.. another story) Thanks all for the info. I will try to drink lots more water. My salt intakes not that bad.... I just don't know :( |

| Another funny thing is that after a nights sleep the swelling stays the same. And all during the night there is still no feeling in my ankle area. Thank God I finaly get to see my Doc on the 15th. He I'm hoping will tell me something other that to take a vitimin a day. | |||

does your foot swell too? I have the same thing (but no pain, just no feeling there) but around my ankle. I went to the walk in clinic and the Doc told me to take vitimins. Yup! Thats it for 4 hours waiting. But I told him it's just not normal and so he did blood work. Every thing is fine but I'm waiting to hear about my thyroid. The Doc did say your thyroid can do that. |
