    That is awesome!!! I know I was so excited when I lost my first 40lbs!  I still have 30 to go as well and am finding it hard with so many summer temptations out there.  Good luck to you!!!

    I buy the South Beach wraps (110 cals, 8g fiber) and use guacamole, cucumber, and turkey.  Super low fat and yummy!!

    Weight Loss Any Post-Baby Moms out there? Jun 13 2008

    I have an 8 month old and have been working on weight loss hard since January.  My highest weight was 208, and today I weighed in at 172.4.  I can't complain too much except my goal was to be 150 by now.  I did WW for the first 4 months then plateaued and fell off the wagon.  I put on about 5 lbs. since stopping WW and decided to give CC a try.  So far not too bad (2.6 lbs in 2 weeks).  I hope I can keep on track this time. 

    I do agree with the others on the skinny moms who bounce back right after the baby.  My sister in law is one of those and she is always making it very obvious when we are together that she has been able to get back into her regular size 0 clothes again 4 months after having her baby!  At least now I am able to wear my preprego clothes again even though it did take some time and lots of will power!!!

    I agree with the others.  Your TSH can fluctuate from day to day.  This is normal.  If it continued to drop and you became HYPERthyroid, you would have symptoms like weight LOSS, alopecia, palpitations, heat intolerance...just to name a few.  Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the advice.  I had been doing WW since January but I stopped because I had plateaued in April and thought my body need a temporary break.  I have restarted this diet since it is more like WW than anything else.  I hope it will jump start things again.

    I don't know how I have gained .2 if I have been following my diet to the T.  I average 1400 calories per day (supposed to be 1350, but I don't think 50 cal over will hurt me that much).  I have been exercising more than usual (in VA it has been really hot the past few days - over 100 - and I still get out and exercise).  I know I have had a calorie deficit of >500 per day, but yet I have gained.  I hope next week is better.  Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!!!  Good luck everyone!!!

    I had lost 25 lbs with WW over the past 5 months but hit a plateau.  Tried a "diet holiday" for a while and now am ready to come back from "vacation".  My overall goal is to lose 30 lbs by September 1.
