Original Post by kaybug: I absolutely love almond butter. I find most of my different nut butters at Meijer. They are a little pricey, but way cheaper than Health Food Stores. |

Thats funny, they are my weakness too! If their are any in the house I'm compelled to eat the whole box. I want to find the 50 calorie packs of them, but have not found them... What store would I find them at?!? |

It is wierd, my husband is the same way! I tried to eat smaller portions, but my husband would have seconds and then I would want seconds. So I recently started something new. When I am cooking for my husband and their is about 10 min left, I will pop a lean cuizine in the microwave. That way I can eat something tastey without going over my calories. We still eat at the same time and together, but he get's what he likes to eat and I am satisfied with my meal. |

I found a bread at Meijers that is called Vegtable Wheat. It is low carb, high fiber and only 35 calories a slice. It tastes comparable to wheat bread. I toast it and put Apple Butter on it (15 cals a tblsp) and for 100 calories I have a good snack. Depending on the brand, most Apple Butter only has 4 carbs too. My step-son is 7 and he does not love it, but I make grilled cheese with it and he likes it. |

| Great Job! I was not that lucky... It is my husband and I's first Thanksgiving together married, so we had to go to my family as well as his and one at our friends. I started out good at the first one, but by the third one, lets just say I ate more calories than if I would have just aten a whole turkey.... | |||
