Do pilates!!!! Pilates (especially on the reformer or with other equipment) is great for building lean muscle. You will get stronger but not bulky. I am a pilates instructor and it is amazing to see the results you get even just doing it twice a week.

Get a puppy! Seeing how much work it is will definately cure your baby bug for a little bit. Also, you will have fun and get lots of loving from a little puppy!

I get really depressed during pms.....i also feel like crap about my body.  i always seem to get in a fight with my boyfriend right around this time of the month but this time i went too far and said i needed some space and we should take a break. now i think it was just the pms talking but im not sure what to do.

sucks being a girl sometimes....

I love hot yoga!! I have been going for about 3 months now and can definately tell a difference in my entire body. Like others have said, it depends on the instructor.  The first time I went, I hated it but for some reason I kept going back. If you try it once and don't like it, give it another shot.

I've heard that honey makes your throat worse.....it is a good environment to grow bacteria or something.  So I would reccomend to stay away from the honey! I always like popsicles or fudsiglces when I have a sore throat.....

You have a good start but definately need to pick it up. I've heard you need to do at least 25-30 minutes of cardio in order to get the fat burning benefits. I would up your time on the treadmill a few minutes every day (walking is fine, but you should feel challenged so maybe increase the speed or incline). A good rule of thumb I like to keep in mind is if you aren't sweating or tired after your workout, you aren't doing enough.

Have you ever tried taking iron supplements? I get awful headaches around my period and I have to take iron pills which usually help.  You may be anemic which could be causing the headaches.

Pilates is a great core strengthener.....if I do 2-3 sessions a week I can definately see and feel a difference in my stomach.  Other than that just keep doing cardio, ab work and watch what you eat!
