| "and for some reason I've lost 3.5 pounds in the last 2-3 days, and I'm at my plateu weight as well where it bounces back and foward, but I've never went below 170 pounds. (does this mean counting calories is working for me?)"
"I dont know what's going on with my body all the sudden since I started calorie count 2 days ago, but I've lost 5.5 pounds in almost 3 days." Two different posts, on the same day, saying two different things. Which is it dude?? |

| How is telling someone they need to see a doctor offensive? We are not doctors ourselves, and there is not much a person on the internet can do. The advice given was to talk to a doctor, and I agree with that. | |||

| I think all of these ladies are right. It does sound like you are suffering from low self esteem and also have a distorted body image. You are beautiful just the way you are. | it's a diet that only has you eating like 600 calories a day, which is very dangerous. we all know that. I was wondering how many calories he was eating when he went off the diet because like bigtwinky said, the weight is just going to come back when he starts eating again. | |||
