I am a little late, but I am definitely a shorty looking to lose 10 pounds!  Please help me to stay motivated!  I've been on this site for quite awhile, but am usually silent on the forums.  If I put it all out there, maybe I can have good success.  It's definitely summer time in St. Louis - a great time for a positive attitude change!

CW/SW: 121.5

GW: 112 (a super healthy BMI of 22 for me!)

5'0", Waist 27.5", Hips 39" (my ba-donka-donk)

I've lost over 30 pounds over the past 3 years and have managed to keep the vast majority of it off.  The last 10 pounds are always the hardest, right?

Looks like there has been good success so far - keep it up, ladies!

Fitness wii fit anyone? May 21 2008

I just finished my first workout with it.  I had a blast!  I am someone who is good at eating healthy foods, but not so motivated when it comes to fitness.  I love the variety of exercises it gives you (strength, yoga, balance, aerobics) and the opportunities to unlock even more games and exercises.  That part really kept me motivated to keep going because I couldn't wait to see what I would unlock next!

Wii Fit also suggested a great BMI for me to shoot for and will tell you, based on your goal date, how many pounds a week you will need to lose.  I even enjoyed a lovely run through the park - with my "trainer" to encourage me to keep up with him!  Of course it's no substitute for a REAL outdoor jog, it's great for someone like me who breaks out in itchy hives when I'm out in the sun for more than 15 minutes. :)

I am LOVING Wii Fit!  I plan on using it daily to get into better shape.  It was definitely well-worth the money I spent on it.

Weight Loss Is anyone else out there short and in their 20s? Jan 10 2008

I have all of these same frustrations at 23 and 5'0".  Being short is a blessing and a curse - you lose 3 lbs and can totally feel a difference, but you gain 3 lbs and you can also feel the difference.  I've been "back on the wagon" for a couple weeks now and am down almost 5 lbs.  Loving it!

Currently: 124
Highest: 150

My goals in between are to balance studying AND working out (I seem to only be able to do one or the other), and drink LOTS of water!
