Hello everyone! Count me in! I'm 5ft and 176lbs. If I could get to 156 by Thanksgiving that would be awesome! I recently got back on the bandwagon and I have an exercise plan in place and am planning my meals as well. |

Hello everyone! I've been a cc member for way too long now and I'm jumping back on the wagon. I don't have batteries for my scale; but, I'm pretty sure I'm in the 180's right now. So here's my plan... Exercise- Food- Pack my lunch each day and plan meals. Use the crockpot more often to save time and freeze 1/2 of each recipe for dinners the next week. (its just me and my 6yr old son in the house) Also, I am going to keep more quick to make healthy travel food on hand and pack lunches/snacks for whenever we go out to avoid the golden arches.

| i'm back!!!! i really fell off the wagon as a result of a sulfite allergy and asthma, but; now I have everything under control and am feeling great! The only bad thing is i am at 173 which is an all time high for me. I know this is the 160's, but I couldn't find the 170's and I'm close so I guess I'll be here for a while :) | |||

| i'm back!!!!! if you read my journal you'll see why i dropped off for about 3 weeks. i'm back to 162!!!!!!! it can be really frustrating. when i started in january i had no trouble going from 168 to the 150's but i just haven't been able to break the 150's mark!!!! i think that needs to be my main goal for now. i should stop worrying about the finish line and just focus on making it to 149 for now. | |||

| Wow, i've never thought of britney in terms of MJ. That's really sad. Personally I think she has an undiagnosed/untreaded mental disorder like bi polar perhaps????? I really feel that if she had the right doc and counseling and the right meds she would be a very different person. Did you know that things like bi polar and even mild depression have a huge effect on weight loss/gain? If you yo yo like me you may have a disorder that makes it harder to loose weight. When I am on my natural antidepressants (5-htp) I am always much more able to control my weight. Just a thought. |

| ok so I've been FLYing for 3 weeks now and I can't begin to tell you how clean my house is!!!!! My approach to houswork was so backwards and yet I thought so normal! I absolutely love the flylady flylady.com and highly encourage anyone else who struggles in this area to check her out. It's a free site. There are some things you can buy, however; it's not necessary. For the very first time in my entire life I have a clean house :) also my 5 yr old DS LOVES the housefairy! Did you know she works w/ santa and helps him w/ the naughty and nice list????? If you have kids check her out. Again her site is free, but has more stuff to buy. I think the items you can purchase could be very useful but you could (like i did) get the idea to the little ones w/out spending a dime. www.housefairy.org |

| maybe you could try a schedule like tues and thursdays are his "eat out days" and mon, wed, fri you cook. also you mentioned he is not used to having somebody else plan his meals soooooo let him plan them. throw out a few suggestions and let him decide what lunch will be then it gives you a chance to create/find a killer recipe for his choices! this way you still get to cook most days, he still gets to eat out and he is involved in his food choices. it's a compromise so everyone kinda gets what they want. | |||

| well i got back on track w/ my exercise yesterday and did 50 min on the treadmill! i'm proud of myself. food was another story. i got a sub from whole foods yesterday w/ chix, fresh mozzerella, rasberry, walnuts and honeymustard on a white baugette. i ate 1/2 at midnight and 1/2 for breakfast today. seriously i couldn't help it as it was sooooo good. i think i'm only going to eat 1/2 the pasta i bought for lunch to balance it out and have a light dinner. no snacks today! i ate 2 muffin tops yesterday at work! also good but calorie/fat wize i should have only had a 1/2 of one. this weeks goal: go to bed earlier and get up earlier so i can do my am pilates or tai chi workout! |

| wiin- i'm in sunny south florida! i've priced gazells at walmart and you can get one pretty cheap there. also try freecyle it's a yahoo site that "freecycles" things people don't want anymore. maybe somebody in your area is giving one away or check the newspaper for somebody who is selling one. tara- good luck w/ the job! you're brave to take on 7th graders. lol. i too am in a 12 YUCK! and would like to get into a 6 by sept! |

| believe it or not cinnamon keeps them away. for some reason they don't like the smell as far as a natural cleaner. white vinegar is a great natural cleaner. it's also great on windows, a natural fabric softner and the ONLY thing that neutrelizes pet urine! | |||

| planner- you can do it! and you'll look hot in that tiny weenie yellow polka dot bikini.... i'm so frustrated today. now that i broke down and took the allergy meds it's very clear that i have a sinus infection. i'm sure i have a fever as i'm ALWAYS cold at work and right now i'm burning up! i want nothing more than to go to sleep right now and i just know i'm not physically up to 60 min of cardio today! also it's supposed to be errand day and i don't know if i can do it. grrrr. i hate being sick. my mom used to go to the bakery and get me a jelly powdered donut per my request whenever i was sick. mmmmm sounds good right now! i think i wanted that cause my taste buds go all srewy when i'm sick and they are soooooo sweet that the taste gets through! |

| hi everyone! well i've been a little off track and gained 4lbs. i'm at 157. i decided not to just give up but identify the problem. i've been very tired and starving all the time. it seems that allergies are the culprit! i hate taking meds but took a 24 hr claritn last night and ya know what the horrible sneezing has stopped, but i do have a sinus infection which always makes me starving. weird huh? so i'm taking a natural antibiotic and am waiting for my energy to return. i packed a healthy lunch today and made some pasta last night and have plain tomatoe sauce so I will have something low fat to eat this week w/out having to exert too much energy. i refuse to yo yo this time or give up! | |||

| ok so you definetly have to cut the margarine out. i use fat free parkay butter spray instead also apple butter or jelly are great on toast. for your snacks i would switch to skim milk w/ choc syrup (you can heat it up if you want and add some non fat powdered dairy creamer), and low fat soups like chix noodle, or veggi soup and for dinner instead of margarine try low fat sour cream and salsa on your potato. and no chips :) |

| i am unusually hungry again today. grrrr i went a little off track tues and wed so i just have to be good today! i think ttotm is coming maybe that's why i'm hungry? i just have to get through this i mean seriously i just had lunch 3 hrs ago and it was a turkey sand from boston market w/ gravy and new poratoes. very filling but i don't feel full. normally i am good for 4 hrs between meals. | |||

I highly suggest posting in the forums and making friends (add people to your friends list who you connect with), keep a daily jouranl (your friends can and will leave uplifting comments, and log your food each day.
