| Hi I would love to join the Friday weigh in club. I am new here and I too weigh in on Fridays, because Mondays would be bad, lol. I was weighing in everyday sometimes more than once a day when I first started, but I could not take the day to day and hour to hour fluctuations. So please include me. I originally started at 220 lbs, by the time I came here I was 205 and now almost a month after coming to Cc I am 200. I need to exercise more, lol. Take care | |||

| This is soooo true and thank you for posting this information. Since I have started trying to lose weight this time around, I have increased my water consumption and I feel great. | |||

| That is great info. You have been such a wonderful help to me. Thank you again. I will look into the other website. I also used the About.com calculator and it said 1600 cals daily for weight loss, so I figure the 1500-1600 on non exercise days and a bit more on days when I do. Thank you so much | |||

| Wow you have been so helpful. I really appreciate it. I am 5' even and I weigh 200 lbs. I started at 220 lbs in April and I started eating healthier and by the end of July I was down to 210, then from there I lost 5 more lbs until I came to Cc on Sept. 22. Then I lost the other 5, but nothing since. So I am going to try and do what you said and up my calories to maybe about 1500-1600, you think? Also can you add me as a friend? | Wow that was some great info. But here is the thing. The december 22 date was given by Cc at a 1.5 lbs loss per week. I really need to lose alot more weight than that but I am giving myself 20 lbs mini goals. I started here on September 22 and lost 5 lbs so far, but I stopped exercising when I got the flu and haven't jumped back into exercising. So I haven't lost anymore weight. I usually eat less than or just at the minimum 1250 that Cc recommended. I eat well, much better than I used to. I am not expecting any quick fixes (been there, done that), I am at a whole new level of healthy eating it's just the exercise part that I can't seem to get motivated with since I had the flu. Slowly but surely I am doing better with that part too, but I have to be doing something wrong because I'm not losing anymore weight, lol. | |||

| I am new here also and yes I know exactly what your talking about. I am 5' even and about 6 months ago I weighed 220 lbs. In April of this year I started eating healthier, adding more fish and baked chicken to my diet instead of red meat. I still eat beef but just not nearly as often as I had. I added more fresh fruits and eating more veggies (frozen and fresh), salads, spinach is my favorite ( I can't wait until this ban is over, lol). I didn't exercise much :-(, but I managed to have lost 10 lbs by July. Then I continued doing what I was doing and I lost another five by the time I came here (CC) on September 22. Now I am exercising and eating better than ever and I have lost another 5 lbs since September 22. So I know it is possible now, my mind just had to be in the right place. I had to stop hating my body and letting the fat rule me. I was like you, letting my life go by. I look in the mirror now and just tell myself that I will get what I want if I work at it. Good Luck. | This is an exercise video that does not use a treadmill. It does however call for small weights and an exercise ball. I have the 1-3 mile dvds. I have only done the 1 mile and it is really good. | |||
