| eating after dark will make you fat. Im finishing my degree in Nutrition to become a dietician and we know that your body doesnt know what time ur eating.. and the reason why ppl may be heavier who snack alot after dinner is bc they tend to eat crap (beer, chips, etc).. Its all based on how many calories you eat, not when you eat them. | |||

| what do you mean by the negated thing? does that mean only 1900 calories get absorbed so technically your body thinks it only ate 1900 instead of 2000? isnt that a good thing? | |||

| haha, I would make this a cheat day, but my B/f takes me out like this alot.. so I try to eat healthily as often as possible. Plus tomorrow is my cheat day. So Ill just do my best, and probably go with the venison and just double check how its prepped. I almost ALWAYS have fish when we go out because its healthy and Im starting to realize that its often done in a lot of oil where red meats/game/poultry is usually fairly dry, so maybe its better choice.
